My FH and I are having a destination wedding in Florida on May 12th of this year. Our venue is only a year old - and they offer all-inclusive packages. Our package included cocktail hour catering, dinner catering, late night snack catering, an Officiant, floral arrangements for center pieces/our bouquets, a steel drum player during cocktail hour, games for the beach, set up/break down, etc. etc. Basically, the only vendor we actually had to book separate was our DJ and the Hair/Makeup Artists.
I already found out that all catering staff tips are included in the price. We have tips set aside for the Officiant, our DJ, and the hair n makeup Artists. Since finding out we already paid for the catering staff to be paid, we have a little left over.
I'm definitely new to wedding etiquette as I'm a young bride and have only been to a hand-full of weddings. Our Coordinator that was assigned to us through the venue has been absolutely wonderful so I'd love to give her a tip as well with a little "thank you" card. Is it OK to tip the coordinator that is included in the package price? I don't want to insult her by not tipping, but also do not want to insult her if she doesn't typically accept tips.
