All Inclusive Indian Wedding

Jay, on August 28, 2020 at 12:35 PM Posted in Planning 0 12
Hi there,

No matter how fun weddings are, planning one is quite an exhausting task.
I was wondering if there are any planners out there who would take care of venue, catering, all the decor, dj/photographer and make it all inclusive for the budget of ~$4500?
Would appreciate your help and support.
Thanks,Jay

Check the vendor tab to find a planner in your area. With a budget of $4,500 a planner might take up more of your budget than you want.

$4500 can definitely get you an all inclusive planner, don’t know if that was for the whole event though. That will be tight.

Agreed with Molly, hiring a planner may eat up quite a bit of that $4,500, it might be cheaper albeit more stressful to just do it yourself. :/

Is $4500 the budget for just the planner or for the whole wedding? Most of my friends in lower cost of living areas paid around 5k for a full service planner but in higher cost of living areas that’ll run closer to 10k.

Browse the vendor tab and ask what they can do within your budget.

Does the $4500 cover the planner only or is it your entire wedding budget?

Thank you for intel. Well the budget is for the whole event (ceremony + reception : same day). We can flex budget upto ~5.5k.

As many have noted, the Planner alone would cost that much or event less planner could cost you that much. Honestly, Depending on how many guests you are planning, you'll be hard pressed to get all-inclusive including planner for under 10K

Contact them and ask what they are able to with your budget. You may possibly have to get creative and DIY, but see what your options are first.

Gotcha, yeah you unfortunately won’t be able to hire a planner on that budget. For 5k you’ll have to get creative or have a pretty small guest list. Photographers alone usually run between 2-5k.

I'm really sorry, but I'm not sure if that would actually be possible. As some of the PPs mentioned, the cost of a planner alone would eat way into your budget, or even exceed your budget entirely. In my city, full service planners usually start around 10k (this is partially why we went with a DOC instead of full service planner)

Are you planning to have a traditional, multiday wedding? With 200-500 guests? I think it will be really hard, as venue rentals alone are expensive. You'll probably have to think outside the box and do much of the planning on your own. It will also depend on where you live. Wedding planners in or near big cities start at around $1000 for partial wedding planning.

No, it’s a small wedding, same day event. Ceremony to begin with and followed by reception. Guest size is 100 @ max.
