African American/Black Brides: What are you doing with your hair?

I'm thinking of wearing kinky curly extensions in a middle part. Not doing a veil but I'll do a rhinestone headpiece. My FH loves natural hair so even if it gets frizzy in Vegas weather it won't be my hair I have to worry about bc it'll already be kinky and I won't be fixing it all day or worrying about sweating out my leaveout bc it'll blend seamlessly

I keep my hair short and natural. Since we're having a beach wedding, I'm going with something like this...

I plan on doing something like this with clip ins that match my coily texture (4c if you go by the chart) or maybe I will have the back down but the front in a halo braid or twist.

I will have a drop veil and I leave for my honeymoon the next day so I need a double duty style.

I love all the beautiful styles in this thread.

@MrsBtoBe I think I might forgo the veil for maybe a beaded crown or halo to accommodate for my hair (or do a scattering of baby's breathe like solange)

I'm natural, but I used clip in extensions.

@ashleyS. I totally understand. If I let it, my hair will shrink up more on the sides.

I'm trying to practice now to see how a curly fro will look on my head, as I always keep my hair stretched in flat twists or chunky twists. Plus it's longer than Solange's in that pic so it'll hang more.

Something like this but a little more curl heavy. I don't usually wear extensions but I currently have a short Bob.

@future mrs coleman I remember your post from another thread! Those extensions are awesome It makes me miss the days when I used to do extensions.

I had my natural hair straightened and curled in a side swept style the day of. Worked wonderfully - my hairdresser came and did it and killed it. This is from my trial...

Im also natural and i plan on buying natural looking extensions( They're super expensive) just to give my hair more volume and do a one sided swoop kind of style while keeping it big with a really cute hair comb

My hair is natural and am thinking something like this if my hair texture ever comes back. I got a new flat iron in the spring and it straightened my hair so well, it won't go back.
