Hello everyone! I am recently engaged and looking for an affordable venue to do both ceremony and reception in Maryland (under 18,000 venue, food, drinks, fees). We would like an outside ceremony and cocktail hour. We are estimating to have around 150 people for the fall of 2021. We have emailed and reached out to some venues, however, it has been somewhat hard to get true feedback since a lot of places are shut down. Any suggestions would be great! Celebrations By The Bay is beautiful and they have all inclusive pricing. We toured there when we were first planning for 80 guests and they quoted us 12,000 for venue, food, drinks etc. we ended up drastically cutting our guest list down to 7 pre-covid and I'm kinda glad i did and don't have to stress so much right now.

Gramercy Mansion is a place I would recommend. We looked at it, but the cost for such a small wedding was not worth it. Here is one of the views at Gramercy you could get married in front of it was a beautiful place and you can definitely do under 18k!
