Affordable Florida wedding venues

Brianna, on May 8, 2019 at 12:28 PM Posted in Florida Planning 0 4
Hello all! I live in Bradenton Florida and I am looking for a ceremony/reception package that would hold around 75 people. We are willing to travel. Our budget is $7k total (reception, ceremony, chairs, tables, linens, plates, bar, dj, food, bridal suite, ect.). I would love for the ceremony at least to be outdoors but it’s not required. We would prefer something all inclusive to relieve the stress of finding separate vendors. If you were married in Florida, can you please also provide the total cost of your wedding? Thanks !!

We got married in Palatka, FL.

    Venue was $750

Food was almost $3,000 (local BBQ restaurant for 160 people).

    Church (for ceremony) free.

    DJ $750

Flowers DIY bulk from Sams Club $350

    Coordinator $800

    Wedding dress $800

Tables and chairs were included in our venue and I bought all of the linens for $250 from linentablecloth.com

All of our paper products like invites were from Vistaprint for around $300

That's $7000 right there but I also bought gifts for everyone and all of our decor as well. We spent around $10,000 total after you account for the hotel room as well as other expenses. This did not include the honeymoon. Your catering cost shouldn't be too bad for 75 people if you use reasonable caterers and food choices!

    Good luck!

We did not go all inclusive but we were able to get great deals!

Hi Brianna! Congratulations on your engagement and welcome to the WeddingWire community! It’s so great to have you here!

Have you thought about what style of venue you are looking for? Perhaps you could check out the WeddingWire venue directory? Here are the Florida Wedding Venues that we have listed.

Since you want to stick to your budget, maybe the Budget Tool would help you keep track of your wedding finances? You can input your total budget and will generate suggested amounts to spend on each vendor. It’s great to get a ballpark figure or what you should think about spending.
