With 94 days to go, you're probably looking at buying off the rack for your dress. You'll want to do that soon so you leave time for any alterations that need to be made!

As far as cakes go, Walmart actually makes some nice looking wedding cakes for a very reasonable price, and can probably be ordered last minute.

You could always consider doing your makeup yourself. Find some youtube tutorials and practice on your own until you're happy with it, and you don't have to worry about finding a good makeup artist who's available on the day.

Dress - your choices are limited. I'd buy off the rack and start alterations ASAP if needed.

Cakes - we're getting ours from Sam's because I can't justify paying $400-$800 for a cake (quotes from bakeries) when I'm able to get more food (cake to feed 66, plus 120 cupcakes and cookies) for about $140. Walmart was more $$ than Sam's for a "wedding cake" but look into Costco/Sam's. They usually only need 48 hour notice. I'm ordering mine today for my Saturday wedding.

Makeup - look into cosmetology schools around you. Ask in a local FB group for make up artist suggestions. Look at their work, ask for quotes.

This makes me anxious to read lol. These are some major things to take care of in a pretty short time period. As the PP'ers have said... you need to get a dress ASAP! Hair and makeup artist tend to book up pretty quick, so I would start contacting some!

I totally understand. I don't wear makeup much either, but I do have the skills to apply it if I need to, although I'm planning to ask my sister to do it for me. I second looking through Facebook groups, or even asking your friends for suggestions. You might even be able to find a friend who's willing to do it for you (although unless you know they're very skilled with make-up, plan for some trial runs!)
