Honestly, I wouldn't worry about a sign. People generally know that they can sit wherever, but since we're all creatures of habit, people tend to gravitate toward whoever's side they're closest to.

5.) Do what you can and let the rest go. None of what you've mentioned is huge or will ruin your wedding day. Flowers can be purchased in 15 minutes at a grocery store or Michael's. Signs aren't necessary. A veil isn't necessary. Make a list of things that you need to accomplish up until the day before the wedding and split it up into days. Making smaller to do lists for each day will make it much ore manageable. When you wake up the morning of the wedding, let go of the reins and let your vendors do what you hired them to do. Don't ruin your own wedding day worrying about things you can't change.
