    1. Budget
    2. A list of what is most important to you (mine was photographer and venue that hold reception and ceremony)
    3. Making sure my fiancé has a input and say. It is his wedding also.

    1. Budget - we definitely wanted to be super conscious of this. We recently bought a house (about a year ago) so we couldn't justify spending a ton on the wedding.
    2. Food & Alcohol - it was super important to me to have delicious food. I've been to a lot of wedding where the food was just meh. Above and beyond a great guest experience one of the things I want people to remember is how good the meal was.
    3. Venue - I've had my heart set on a specific place for a loooooong time. I was willing to sacrifice other things to make this venue work and fit into my budget (winter wedding, lunch instead of dinner, smaller centerpieces, cheaper dress, etc).
