Hi ladies !!

So now my fiancé and I are looking into downsizing our wedding 40ish people. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good venue/reception space in Santa Barbara that is AFFORDABLE!! Even a public space where we can get married then a restaurant for reception later. TIA!!! 💕

Hi Courtney!! Zinke Wine Co. has an affordable rental rate and could be a great space for a small wedding, and Cottonwood Canyon Vineyard and Winery has a special elopement package for up to 50 guests! Plenty on Bell also has a great rate and a capacity of 50.
I'd also recommend taking a look at Carousel House at Chase Palm Park (a City of Santa Barbara Parks & Rec venue), Villa & Vine, Elings Park, and the Unitarian Society of Santa Barbara.

I'll echo Lynnie! A friend of mine had her ceremony and reception at Godric Grove in Elings Park a number of years ago and it was absolutely gorgeous. Another friend got married at the SB Natural History Museum and their reception was at Serra Hall just down the road. The Sunken Gardens at the courthouse (https://www.countyofsb.org/parks/courthousewedding.sbc) is always lovely as well. And a few other options:
