Congrats! My wedding is the same date ❤ are you not concerned about buying your dress too early? I'm super excited to get started on dress shopping and one of my bridesmaids feels like I should start shopping now to find a dress I like but I'm nervous that I will have to spend a lot of money on alterations if it doesn't fit in a year and a half or that the style/look I get now may not be what I want anymore...so I was just curious what your thoughts were on this 😊

So many similarities! I thought I was the only crazy one! I’ve been using wedding planning as a break between study sessions. It’s fun to look at pretty things in between reading papers.

I'm just not a fan of traditional spring colors and pallets - so I think we may do what we want despite the season!

Hi Nikki! We are working on the big 3 after venue, photographer, DJ, and makeup artist! We are Sept 2020 and our first picks are ALREADY booked! Woo wee, they never said things would go so quickly! lol
I'm getting married in January 2020 and have the venue, dress, and caterer. I feel really far behind but am working to catch up because I know the time will go by fast.
So far I’ve got everything but my hair stylist, florist, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxes for both my fiancée and the groomsmen. Everything else we’ve started paying for and scheduled. However, we still have to meet with the caterer/reception venue to finalize details, so we still have important things to do!
I am getting married January 2020. So far I have secured a venue (that also does in house catering) I have found a local photographer to take our engagement photos at Disney World which will be a surprise for Valentine's Day for my fiance!! We are doing a semi-destination wedding so we are hoping to book a photographer in St. Augustine to avoid travel fees, and will probably do a second engagement session with them for practice before our big day! Other than that I'm just looking at so much other stuff and feeling really overwhelmed. I don't want to try on dresses yet because I want to lose weight, and I have no idea how you pick flowers or colors for the wedding LOL
