I initially contacted their store because I saw they carried Modela dresses. Although they didn’t have the exact style I was looking for, Jackie had me try on a similar design that I ended up loving even more. She arranged for it to be customized in Holland to perfectly match my vision.

To ensure I was completely confident in my decision, Jackie even had the original dress I was interested in shipped from Holland—along with my custom version—so I could compare them side by side. That level of care and dedication is truly rare.

On top of everything, she made scrunchies for me, my bridal party, and even my dog using leftover tulle from my dress. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch.

I am an older bride, 72 years old to be exact!! I was not sure if I should even wear a wedding gown. The minute I walked in, without an appointment, she greeted me with open arms!! She showed me several gowns and was very patient, as I am not a small size. Finally, she brought out the dress and zi tried it on, and I knew.... this was the one!! I said YES TO THE DRESS!!!!

I walked into the bridal shop having some ideas in my mind for my destination wedding but was open to anything. Jackie saw me and immediately knew what she wanted to see me in. I spoke to Jackie when I made the reservation, I could already hear it in her voice that we were both very similar (I am extremely OCD.) She listened to everything I had envisioned. Sunday, I came in and showed her a picture of the dress I wanted, the first dress she picks for me to try on was the perfect one as if it was made for me. Lovely location, excellent tailored service.

We had gone to another dress shop the day before, and the service was not nearly as good.

But we tried on all the others just to see and get a feel for what the different options were.. she was extremely patient and professional and made my daughter feel at ease.

The choice dresses are amazing. But her hands on Care made us feel comfortable and at peace with one of the biggest decisions we make for the wedding.

We left there with the perfect dress and feeling like we were being taken care of by family.
