Question- how did everyone go about vendor tips for hair and make up if your bridesmaids, mothers, ect got hair and make up done and they paid for their own service should they also cover their own tip or should I tip to cover everyone?

Question- if the same photographer who will be shooting my wedding had the engagement shoot included in pricing should I tip them a little for the engagement shoot after we finish shooting or just tip once after the wedding?
