Activity for Caroline

Anyone have experience with a MOB at a lingerie shower? My mom really wants to come so I invited her, but I'm a little nervous that it might be awkward...

I'm very nervous to give my newly 4 y/o nephew ring bearer our actual rings, and I don't love the idea of him carrying a pillow... Has anyone done alternative ring bearer ideas? Have him toss flowers with the FGs?

Where did y'all find Flower Girl dresses? Waited a little to the last minute on getting these (month and a half out from wedding), so I don't want to have to wait a long time for them to come in at David's or something.
