Hi everyone! My FH & I are having trouble coming up with a signature drink. The venue says nothing fizzy (I really wanted mojitos). Looking for some ideas that are crowd pleasers!

So this may be a silly question but here goes. Is it weird to have a signature drink with a full open bar or is this something more often done with a beer/wine package as an extra? I've never been to a wedding with a signature drink so I wasn't sure....
