Hello hope all is well. if you know of ANYONE I am in crisis and I know do to covid 19 places are in crisis but let me explain. My venue is closed and was just told after I was in constant contact with the venue, 14 day before my wedding date. We was told that they would give us time if things was not open up to make other arrangements or to move to another date. 14 days is not even enough time to get a park permit Or to even let 100 people know the date was being changed. After they (venue) was told it took us three months to get in contact with people.. let alone informing them (venue) that we would need to know before August 1 because people would begin to make there arrangements. It took us going into the venue ( after talking 5 times in July) to make final arrangements (her knowing that's what we was coming to do. she was not there or our folder with info, the girl we was with had no idea what she was talking about, 30 min later she shows up) to tell us she is close (money paid long time ago) and that we can have our wedding in her parking lot at the bus stop with two tarps to cover at 12 in the afternoon to 5 in the evening. Know my mom has stage 4 cancer she really said this to us. I know this is long but I had to explain why 14 day I am contacting you. All I can do now is contact any outdoor and rooftop venue I can. I do understand if you are closed as well but I have to try. Thanks for the read.
