Hello! Thank you for your reply. I have done that, entered city state etc; and it still shows incomplete.

Hi Victoria, if you can't find your vendor you can still add them to your Vendor Manager. Begin to type the name of your caterer, and at the bottom of that window you'll see "Can't find your vendor? Add their information" and you should be able to include them 😃 If you have any other troubles our Support Team can help you troubleshoot, support@weddingwire.com.
