For those of you who are doing your own bouquets with artificial flowers, how far ahead did you start on them and where did you store them?

We're getting married in a barn so I'm going for a more rustic look. I was thinking about doing mason jars for centerpieces spray painted gold with baby's breath and roses. Can I see pictures of centerpieces if you guys have ever used mason jars....
