Where are places to get cheap veils? And I mean like under $50. The one I liked when getting my dress was $200 and I can’t understand paying that much for something I’m going to wear for my 20 minute ceremony. Thanks!

My bridesmaid dresses will all be rose gold but three different styles like the ones in the pictures. Will it look tacky if all are not able to wear a necklace?? I'm thinking the one shoulder would not look right with a necklace what do you guys...
