  Every time I look at my wedding photos and album I am THRILLED that my husband and I hired James Walters! James exceeded all of our expectations! He has the unique talent of being at the right place at the right time to capture the perfect moment. His elegant and timeless style takes me right back to the moment in the photo, many of which I wasn't even aware he captured! James captures the traditional moments but also is creative with the fun and candid moments.
  
  James is a true professional and he makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. From the engagement and wedding photos to the album itself, the quality and product is a work of art! I can't say enough positive things about James and recommend him to everyone!

  I wrote a review for James after our engagement photo session with him but he did such a wonderful job I have to write him another one after our wedding. James has been such a pleasure to work with through the whole wedding process. He is so easy to talk to and made me and my husband really comfortable and confident that we were going to have the best pictures. James always contacted us in a timely manner. He answered all of our questions. He is so good at what he does that I didn't feel I had to give him any direction on what I wanted, I fully trusted him. Even through the wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) I didn't even notice he was there (in a good way)! All my family and friends told me he took a ton of pictures but I didn't even notice because he's not in your face the whole time. He is the best and his work speaks for itself! You won't go wrong having him as your photographer. It will be the best decision you make next to marrying your partner! :)

  I could not be happier with hiring James. His style of photography and editing is really beautiful. He captured every small detail of our wedding! Definitely would recommend him.

  James was a true expert and his professionalism and confidence really put us at ease. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. Since most of us aren't modeling for pictures as our day job, the process can be a bit uncomfortable, but James and his assistant, Rebecca, did an excellent job making everyone feel as natural and comfortable as possible.
  
  Walters and Walters came highly recommended from pretty much everyone we asked, including our venue who had worked with James on many occasions. This proved to be a huge benefit as James was very familiar with the space, lighting and surrounding areas. He had some excellent ideas for creative and fun shots.
  
  Somehow, James and Rebecca were everywhere at all times and they got some great shots and captured some very special moments. The day sped by so quickly and I am so glad they documented it with such wonderful photos that told our story so beautifully. Thank you, Walters and Walters!

  Walters and Walters did my daughter's deb photos and we couldn't have been more pleased. James was very easy to work with and always returned my calls in a timely manner. He was very accommodating and patient with my questions and requests. The quality of the photos and the photo album was amazing and very professional! I would highly recommend Walters and Walters!

  James and Meridith were great! They were flexible in meeting times, always responded to my (many) questions promptly, and were patient with my decision changes. I did not have to worry or stress about one of the most important parts of the wedding, the pictures, because I knew that they had it under control. They are the perfect blend of photographers, as their styles compliment one another so well; what you may not get from one, you are sure to get from the other! They are definitely the wedding photographer experts. I would recommend Walters & Walters Photography to ANY bride & groom about to get married; not to mention for any other photography needs.

  Meridith and James Walters are magic. They are the rock stars of photography!
  
  I struggle to put into words how in love with what they have done for us I am. Just look at the few pictures I have on here... INCREDIBLE! I spent a long time looking at photographers' works online, from CA to NYC, and they honestly were the best of the best.
  
  They went above and beyond and they are incredible artists. My mother is sick and James came to our home in a tornado warning to take pictures of our family together. What he created for us I will remember always. I felt complete and at ease before the wedding in a way I can't describe and it's because of the kindness of his heart. So I must say they are priceless people above all.
  
  James never wasted a good opportunity for a picture. And he knows. At my bridals he waited for the sun when he knew something would work and he always accommodated my ideas. At our engagement session he never compromised time; he always wanted to get the complete vision. His work is truly one of a kind... He is a creative genius really. And our wedding pictures told the story of a fairy tale. In fact, through film things actually looked better! He is aaaaaaaaaaamazing!
  
  Meridith has this incredible softness in her images. Her eye captures the heartfelt moments and literally transposes emotion in a picture. It's phenomenal. She is so sweet and kind and I felt a connection with her instantly. Adore, adore, adore her!
  
  Together they capture every detail imaginable and their pictures look like everything you'd hope for... and way, way more. There is not one picture they showed me that I didn't fall in love with. Not a single one I swear! And you find out how spectacular they are as a couple too :)

  All I have to say about Walters and Walters Photography is WOW!! They are just absolutely fabulous. I received word about their excellent services from my wedding planner, Cara Zuehlke, who used them for her own wedding. James's photography is unmatched and he really does amazing work. He took my engagement, bridal portraits, and was one the photographers at our wedding. Katherine Stamey (associate photographer) also does amazing work with James. I feel so lucky to have had them both to photograph one of the best days of my life!! The value for their work is also unmatched. I highly recommend this vendor for an upcoming NC brides!!
