The incredible engagement photos were just a foreshadowing of how wonderful the bridals and wedding shots were going to be. Noelle Studios makes you feel so at ease; even my family members who hate being photographed were laughing and having fun. They paid attention to the "personality" of the wedding. We loved the experience and the resulting photos! Would highly recommend them for any photography needs!The incredible engagement photos were just a foreshadowing of how wonderful the bridals and wedding shots were going to be. Dana's pictures are a work of artistry. Each one was beautifully fine-tuned to provide the best quality money can buy. I love my engagement and wedding pictures and you will too!
Dana was so flexible to work with and took a personal interest in me. She was always prompt in getting back with me and offered her own days off just to meet with me about my pictures. I would use her again in a heartbeat!Dana's pictures are a work of artistry. Each one was beautifully fine-tuned to provide the best quality money can buy. Noelle Studios absolutely exceeded every expectation I had as a Bride-To-Be. They were super flexible, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and the photographs were amazing. My husband and I were equally impressed at how artistic and beautiful the photos were from each session: Engagements to Trash the Dress. The number of compliments I've had about our wedding photographs is overwhelming! We used Noelle Studios for my daughter's wedding.
PROS: Dana and Brian are very nice people. They were very flexible with us as far as scheduling and I do appreciate that. The price they charge is comparable to others and if we had gotten good pictures and good service we would have been satisfied with the price. The bridals were beautiful and well done so we were excited about the wedding (THE BIG EVENT!).
CONS: The wedding photos and DVD slide show are terrible! What a disappointment. The lighting was off in many of the shots, the color isn't that good and there was not a really good picture in the bunch. We got better pics from our friends who were at the wedding just taking pictures for fun. In our contract it stated we would receive a DVD slide show of a minimum of 350 images but we don't have anywhere near that (just about 90 of the wedding day!). Very unprofessional in their communication (or lack thereof). Will not return emails or calls.
COMMENTS: The DVD plays so fast that you really cannot even watch it. To make matters worse, they have continued to ignore my requests for information and help - VERY unprofessional. I would think at the very least they would have tried to make it right with us since we were unsatisfied. To ignore emails and messages is just plain rude and as I said - unprofessional. I am glad other people have been so happy with them but we would not recommend them to anyone and it's very sad for me to say that. We can never recapture that special day and now Dana has deleted the pictures so we will not even have a chance to get more prints if we wanted to (I was told by Dana that they never delete pictures yet they did after only a year; I found out from a friend who saw it on Facebook that the pictures were being deleted - can we say 'unprofessional' again?). They also charge an exorbitant price for prints and I found out after the fact that you can get very nice prints made at a fraction of what they charge. They need to be more forthcoming about print prices so the customer can make an informed choice about whether or not to purchase a high resolution CD with printing rights. Had I known the prices would be so much and they would delete our pictures after just one year, I definitely would have just purchased the high res with printing rights at the beginning.
