Decastro Photography is an excellent and affordable choice for a high-quality photographer shooting any type of event, from the once-in-a-lifetime to the routine. We hired Ewerton to shoot our rehearsal dinner, booking him just a couple months before the August 2025 event. A death in the family less than a week beforehand caused Ewerton to miss the event, but he was very communicative and apologetic (not that he needed to be) about the situation. In his place, he tagged in his best replacement, Brittney, and she and her photo assistant did a phenomenal job. We’re extremely happy with the quality of the photos (the lighting, the framing, the timing, etc.), as Brittney and her assistant captured every moment from the evening and overdelivered the number of photos in our album. In addition to being very friendly and easy to work with, the duo were efficient at getting every single arrangement of family and friends that we put on the group shot list, surprising us with how quickly and how many we completed. And they even included gratuitous photos of our German Shepherd, our creative decor, and our featured food items in the album. These were available to download from Decastro’s easy-to-use portal much quicker than we expected, which we’re grateful for.

I had the pleasure of working with Emily Drazen on a recent project, and let me just say, if you are looking for a photographer who is both incredibly talented and a joy to be around, you have found her. Emily is that rare combination of calm, collected, and wildly intuitive. She somehow manages to be everywhere at once, capturing the big emotional moments as well as the little in-between glances you did not even know mattered until you see the photos and realize just how much they do. She is incredibly organized, effortlessly personable, and seems to have a sixth sense for knowing exactly where to be and when to be there. Honestly, if there were an Olympic event for not missing a moment, Emily would be standing on the podium. If you are still deciding who to hire for your big day, consider this your sign. Emily is a sure thing. Her work speaks volumes, but working with her is the part you will be talking about long after the pictures are framed.

Working with Ryan was great. Once we started the process he set up a clear timeline for communication and never left us waiting - whether it was for a follow-up email or finally delivering the photos two weeks ahead of schedule! He was able to capture the essence of our special day in a remarkable way and we're still enjoying those photos four years later (and why I was happy to copy and paste this review for them, I just don't hit four buttons for anyone, lol).

Kim’s kindness and experience helped guide us along the way and we have so many photos capturing all the details and memories of our wedding day. We are so happy to have worked with Kim and to have had her as part of our day!

We got married September 2025 in Cape Cod and Mia&Josh photographed our wedding! We got our teaser photos back and are already obsessed!! We also got to do an engagement shoot with Mia and loved her right away! Mia is fun to be around, great at posing you (and family/friends) and her work speaks for itself! She was such a good vendor to plan with. Her responsiveness and preparation made calls with her easy and enjoyable! Lastly, she’s able to get photo sneak peaks and full albums to you quickly which is always great. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Mia and Josh!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Tim as our wedding photographer. From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and at ease, and it really shows in the final photos—everything looks so natural, joyful, and beautifully captured. We absolutely love the images. Tim has such a great eye and captured so many meaningful moments in a way that feels both artistic and genuine. We’ll treasure these photos for years to come. My husband and I had the best experience with Sarah at our September 2024 wedding...we can't recommend her enough! She made us feel comfortable and brought fun energy to every shoot...not to mention her pictures are SO stunning! You can tell she really loves what she does, and she captured our special day so beautifully. Anyone getting married in 2025 (and beyond) needs to book her!

Words can’t express how happy we are with our wedding photos by Cape Cod wedding photographer Mia Foster. We got married in our 40s and our parents have some significant health concerns and we don’t know how long they’ll be with us. This may be the last major family gathering with everyone, so the photos were even more important than usual. We shared our situation and our wishes with Mia and she got it, and us, right away. We told her that along with a few posed group shots, we wanted primarily candids of us with our family and friends. She did that and then some, managing to capture the essence of our loved ones so beautifully. We aren’t huge wedding planning people so even the concept of a “first look” was new to us - Mia went above and beyond both in the planning stage and on the wedding day, suggesting things we could consider that might make the day (and photos) more meaningful, but never pushing anything on us. Bottom line, she heard us and worked tirelessly to help create a magical wedding day for us, and a stunning set of shots that represents it. Her photographic eye, equipment, story-telling approach, and post-editing skills created very authentic shots that we’ll treasure for a lifetime; her experience as an award-winning photojournalist is very clear. We could not be more pleased with the result, or with her. We highly recommend her.

POV: it's a month before our wedding. We are excited and thrilled to get married. We have everything planned and settled except a photographer. We start to research and stumble upon Eleni's page. Eleni was super responsive and professional from the start. My husband and I had no clue what we wanted for the photographs. In comes Eleni with great suggestions, locations and angles. She was on time and made sure she checked in along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Book her, you will not be disappointed by the results. Our day was perfectly captured.
