  We were so lucky to find laura! She was able to work within our budget and our insane time frame! We did 2 engagement sessions and one was even featured in Southern Maryland Weddings! Her editing is fantastic and the poses she suggests are natural. She was even great with our dog! I've recommended her to many of my friends and will continue to do so!

  I am so glad I found Laura Hagood to take our engagement pictures! The pictures turned out absolutely beautiful and she was so great to work with.
  
  I searched online for photographers in the DC area, and out of all the websites I looked at, Laura's pictures stood out the most. I could tell she worked very well with natural outdoor light as all of her pictures were bright and had a softness to them. They were just the style I was looking for. I also liked that Laura had several different packages with different price points. So I emailed her to schedule a session for a weekday. She responded right away and was able to work me in the next week. At the last minute I had to change the date, but Laura was very flexible and was able to accommodate us the next week.
  
  I wanted to take our engagement pictures where my fiancé proposed, and Laura agreed to meet us there. We had to walk down a trail to get to the bridge where he proposed. It was a longer walk than I remembered, but Laura never once complained! She kept telling us that she loved discovering new places and she was happy to find a new picture spot! I was so thankful that she was so willing to walk down the trail because it was very special to have pictures taken there.
  
  My fiancé and I are not the super romantic type, but Laura made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and made it easy for us to take some very cute and fun pictures. We had our two dogs with us and she was able to get some of the best pictures with them.
  
  I would definitely recommend Laura Hagood Photography to anyone in the DC area! She will go above and beyond to give you the best pictures possible!

  Laura did my our engagement photos- and they were amazing! Not only was the quality of her work incredible, but she made us feel so comfortable and actually laugh the whole time we were with her. I would highly recommend her for any event requiring photography!! It should also be noted that she had our photos back to us in DAYS- not weeks or months- awesome!

  Laura was amazing. I actually found her online and loved her work. I contacted her thinking she was going to be way out of my price range but she was willing to work with my budget and made a custom package to meet my needs. She was a great person to work with and really took the time to get to know you and what exactly I was looking for. She even took the time to look at my pinterest board for some ideas of photos I would like to have. Getting my photos back in a timely matter was important to me and she met every expectation I had. Plus my photos turned out wonderful! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing photographer at a reasonable price.

  Wow! I don't even know where to start! Laura was a great decision for my big day! She's very professional and passionate about her work. She was very responsive and worked in a timely manner. She got the perfect angles and her shots were spectacular! I couldn't have asked for better!
