There aren't enough words I can express of how amazing Ashley was for my wedding. My package included engagement pictures and my wedding pictures. The energy level she gave me every step of the way was phenomenal! I truly felt like we were more kindred spirits which helped me feel relaxed and comfortable with her, every step of the way. She always made sure that I was comfortable and I was getting the experience that I wanted. And her product was perfect! She got all the shots that I wanted with my whole party and made me feel beautiful and I'm so excited that I get to see her amazing work in my home forever! I will be using Ashley for all of my future picture needs! She will be my family photographer!

Ashley was even more than a pleasure to work with. She has photographed our engagement shoot and wedding day thus far ;). We wanted to find a photographer who could create art from our shared experiences with loved ones and she has absolutely delivered! Ashley and her second shooter Ana arrived at the venue and took care of business. All I had to do was point them in the direction of my ‘box of trinkets’ and they created a flat lay that I just might hang in my house because it is so beautiful. They joined right into the chaos that is a wedding day and made sure everything regarding the timeline was smooth sailing. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond, not only on the wedding day but throughout the planning process. Ashley has created tools to help make sure she understands what you are looking for from the wedding photos by getting to know you. I knew I was going to get exactly what I was looking for because I felt she understood who we are as a people. They have captured the essence of our friends and family already and we have only seen the sneak peek. I am truly honored that we were able to work together to achieve my husband’s and my vision of joy and found family.
Photos were one of the most important aspects of the wedding to me because I have the memory of a goldfish. So, to have someone be able to capture the memories and not just the people have already brought me to tears. I cannot wait to work with her again when I need new memories captured for eternity because she will be my first call.

We cannot recommend Ashley enough! When we were choosing a photographer we decided that photography was the one thing we would a lot the most money too on our wedding day so we looked into A LOT of options. We were struggling to find one that had photos that looked unedited yet still warm and romantic until we found Ashley’s webpage! The engagement session was a ton of fun and the photos were amazing. She had great advice with recommended vendors and other things leading up to the day including a timeline for the days photography. With that being said our wedding day photos were BREATHTAKING! It decided to pour rain and we decided to just stand in the rain for a notebook moment and Ashley worked some magic. The entire time her mood helped keep us going and made the freezing cold more than worth it. She helped do family photos faster so family could get around the fire, and she was very thoughtful in asking us our comfort level with shooting in the rain/out of the rain and fully embraced it when we said in the rain. She hands down not only gave us jaw dropping photos but she was a welcome hype man of a guest. We are not big on getting photos of ourselves, but we will 110% get our photos done anytime by Ashley. If you are trying to decide between a couple of photographers you should hands down book Ashley. She is worth every penny.

We are so glad that we hired Ash to be our wedding photographer! Working with her put us at ease throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. She was communicative, professional, and so kind. We first stumbled upon her website when we were searching for a photographer local to Bellingham. We liked the look of the photos on her site and have since been blown away by the quality of her work. Ash really helped things run smoothly on our wedding day and by the end of the evening, she felt like a close friend. We particularly appreciated her commitment to documenting the “small moments” throughout our wedding day. We’ve had several wedding guests comment on how wonderful she was and remark about how beautiful her photos are. We will certainly cherish the engagement and wedding photos that she took for us as well as the experience of working with her and the rest of our vendor team!

I would highly recommend Ashley as a photographer for any big events in your life including a wedding. From the very start, she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She was flexible and offered great insight when I needed advice. She listened to my concerns and ideas and delivered stunning photographs. She was a great communicator and very responsive throughout the preparation for our wedding day. The photo albums she makes are beyond beautiful. We absolutely loved working Ashley for our wedding photos. From the very start, Ashley was quick to make us feel comfortable and heard on what we were looking for. Communication was easy leading up to our wedding day and after. Shooting photos on the day of our wedding turned out to be way more fun than we could have hope for, especially on such a busy day, and we have Ashley to thank for that. We get our photos taken often, but Ashley was able to make us feel very comfortable and kept everything on schedule. We even needed a ride from our shoot location to the venue, and she was the first person to volunteer to help us get there and went above and beyond. We were so excited to finally see our finished photos and we loved everything we saw. We would definitely recommend Ashley in the future.

If I could do more than 5 stars, I would; she deserves it! From the first conversations with her to the engagement session, wedding day, and everything in between; my husband and I have felt more and more of a connection with Ashley. She is personable and so great at what she does. I'm a sentimental person, so photos are important to me; she captured the emotions to a T. My husband and I have agreed we'll seek Ashley out for any professional photoshoots we want in the future. She's our photographer and friend for life; that's just how amazing she is. ❤️

There are not enough words in this world to describe the beauty that is Ashley Deans. Not only does she make you feel comfortable and confident, but she knows how to have fun and to make you laugh which makes for priceless photos. She is by far one of the kindest, most loving person I have ever met, all of which shows in the perfection and dedication of her work. Ashley is a versatile photographer who can beautifully capture any occasion, whether it be indoors or out, traditional or nontraditional. Her ability to adapt to any situation/environment and to photograph small details and candid moments were far beyond our expectations. She has done our engagement photos, our traditional hindu wedding photos and our reception photos; all of which the quality of her work is exceptional and simply impeccable! She not only captured organic moments in priceless photos of my husband and I, but she photographed extremely precious ones of our dear family members; photos that we will forever cherish. Ashley Dean Photography was referred to my daughter by our wedding coordinator. She is very professional and did everything that was promised. The wedding day pictures are absolutely beautiful! We were blessed to have found her!
