  Perfectly Captured Our Day

  Our wedding photographer and videographer was the most important vendor to us when hiring for our wedding. We didn't want cheesy, overly staged photos and instead wanted something natural and fun that reflected our style. This is exactly what we got with the KKP team. Ted and team made it easy and fun. Ahead of our wedding day, we had meetings to discuss our what we did and didn't want, and Ted totally got it. Our photos and video captured the essence of our day and we will treasure the photos and video forever.

  Awesome experience with Ted from KKP

  We LOVED working with Ted from Kortnee Kate for our wedding on 9/4! Ted traveled to Chicago for our engagement photos in summer 2020 and we knew right away he'd love having him shoot our wedding - Ted is super friendly, outgoing, and makes you feel super comfortable - he's great at posing as well, which is something my husband and I had no idea how to do and needed all the guidance we could get! On the wedding day, Ted did a great job guiding our family and bridal party through photos and was 'a fly on the wall' throughout the ceremony and reception - which is exactly what we were hoping for so we could enjoy every minute of our day. We could not be happier with our choice and would recommend Ted to anyone!!!

  Amazing Photos & Photographer

  Ted made our wedding day literally the best day of our lives. Your photographer will be with you for the entire day, so it's important to understand them and GET ALONG. There were absolutely no issues with this and we really saw eye to eye with Ted on everything it seemed. He made everything easy and fun, two very important things to my husband and I. The pictures turned out amazing and I can't stop sharing them. We will cherish them forever.

  Ted made our wedding day literally the best day of our lives. Your photographer will be with you for the entire day, so it's important to understand them and GET ALONG.   A wonderful investment! Our wedding photos are beautiful and capture the essence of the day to a tee. We had a nontraditional wedding and the team was flexible and accommodating at every turn. Ted and Sam were fun and easy to work with. They made us feel comfortable and chose poses that look and feel natural. We get so many compliments about our photos. Not a single regret!

  We LOVE Kortnee Kate! Photos were at the top of my list when it came to my wedding priorities, and choosing Kortnee Kate was a no-brainer! Their photos are absolutely gorgeous, you just cannot compare them. It's clear they aren't only concerned with capturing each moment, they really care about making your whole wedding day FUN and stress-free. We had the pleasure to work with Kortnee, Ted, and Sam and they were all amazing! I always feel awkward taking pictures but they really made me feel comfortable. Our whole wedding party couldn't stop talking about how awesome our photographers were- having 9 groomsmen actually have fun while taking photos says a lot about KKP. I can't say enough positive things about their client manager, Kristen, either. She was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and made sure I was constantly in the know. You're going to spend a lot of time with your photographer, and the wedding day is just that much better when you work with someone that you would want to hang out with outside of wedding festivities- we just loved this whole team!

  Kortnee did such an amazing job with our engagement photos and we are so looking forward to her photographing the wedding.

  Absolutely amazing. Their pictures are very high quality, they capture everything, they are super fun and helpful, and very professional. Everyone says to make sure your photographer is good because pictures are the things that last, and Kortnee Kate is the way to go.

  Pictures can be one of the most expensive things for a wedding, but they really are an investment. We are so pleased with how our photos turned out! They were really beautiful and exactly what we hoped for! We got hundreds of them and still want more because they were so great!! Kortnee was great too! Fun and professional!

  You cannot put a price on photographs. They are memories that will last a lifetime and beyond. They are the things that will last long after the wedding itself and will help us remember that special day. Our daughter and son-in-law had an engagement session done with Ted and the pictures were gorgeous. We shared them at the out of town wedding shower and everyone commented on how great the photos were. Ted and his team worked very professionally on their wedding day and seemed to capture all the events with great detail. While we haven't seen the pictures yet we don't doubt they will be a lasting treasure. His staff was very friendly and just a pleasure to be around.

  Kortnee Kate Photography is by far the best photographer in the city! We used this vendor for both engagement and wedding photography and booked our videography through them as well. To say that we had fun is an understatement. Kortnee is a blast and knows exactly how to make you laugh in order to get a "real smile." We planned a December wedding hoping for snow, but when mother nature gave us 60 degrees and rain...Kortnee came prepared with some seriously cute ideas. Her entire team was punctual, professional and truly made our wedding day one to remember. I can't imagine using anyone else but KKP!

  Kortnee Kate and Ted are the most amazing photographers in the whole entire world. They are such wonderful people who are extremely upbeat and positive. On top of being totally awesome individuals, their work is absolutely incredible. They had such amazing energy throughout all of our shoots and my husband and I were sad when they were over because they were so much fun to work with!! I had so many compliments from my guests on how wonderful the photographers were and how amazing their energy was!! My husband and I are so happy we chose Kortnee Kate Photography as our wedding photographer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!

  Kortnee & her husband Ted were fantastic! They make you feel so comfortable so you know you are going to get some great photo shots. Their creativity is amazing!

  I read that most people skimp on things like photography when it comes to their Big Day! For me it was really important to have quality photos that I could treasure for years to come. I came across Kourtnee Kate and immediately fell in love. Although it was above my budget, I splurged and could not be happier that I did!!! I have not seen my photos yet but I just know they are going to be PERFECT! Ted and his crew were professional and most importantly, SO fun to work with. They were running around the entire wedding and reception. Every time I would see something that I wanted to capture they already had 2 photographers on top of it. We also go the Live Click photo booth. Our guests have been raving ever since the wedding. With the props, photographers, etc. they truly made my wedding feel one of a kind! I would recommend them to everyone!

  I came from a photography background and knew that of all we would spend on our wedding this was the most important. Kortnee and Ted are simply amazing. The things that they did to get every single shot, every single moment was above and beyond. I would see something and think "oh, I wish I had my camera!" and Ted or Kortnee were there already getting it. We ended up having Kortnee and Ted travel to a destination wedding for my sister because we knew that we would never find what we loved anywhere else. They were professional, fun and really never stopped working for three days straight. The guests couldn't wait for them to relax just so they could join the party. They became part of the event. I would recommend Kortnee for any need, anywhere. We will fly back to see them for maternity and baby shoots not just because of their amazing photos but because they are two of the most geniune, real, caring people you will ever hire for your wedding and trust me that is a rare combination in the wedding industry.
