Hotel Wedding Venues in Cincinnati

I currently live in New Orleans and had to postpone our original CA wedding celebration. Because we consider Cincy home after living there in 2016-2019, we decided to have an intimate wedding with friends and was so fortunate to have found The Lytle Park Hotel after it newly opened. I connected with Aryn in August for a wedding in October. Planning a second wedding in two months was scary but Aryn and the rest of the staff were so helpful; it made the whole process so much easier. I chatted with Aryn via Zoom and she made sure to document all our needs. They were able to support majority of our wedding day needs. A couple of weeks before the wedding, I didn’t have a steamer and asked Aryn if the hotel had one. They didn’t but realized it would be good to have for weddings and bought one. That is the kind of consideration one can expect from the staff. Additionally, Aryn did a great job connecting with other vendors to work out details of delivery, setup, tear down, etc. I didn’t have to worry about being the liaison between vendors...It was amazing! My husband and I didn’t get to see the hotel in person until three weeks before the wedding for the tasting—It did not disappoint. We gladly stayed in the hotel for most of our stay because it was so comfortable. It was also nice to be able to just walk a few blocks to be in the heart of downtown. During our tasting, we were given two beverage options for our signature drink but neither really fit our taste preferences. Within 15 minutes, we got an especially made beverage that hit all the right notes. We were sad to leave after the tasting but we were so excited to return two weeks later for the actual wedding. The venue is beautiful and the service is the best we’ve ever had. All the staff truly wants guests to have a good and comfortable stay. It’s not a a huge hotel which allows them to really be detailed and attentive, to the maintenance of the hotel, as well as taking care of their guests. The classic, elegant, simple and timeless decor is going to make wedding memories beautiful and unforgettable. The rooms are amazing! The food is also just as amazing!!!! We were gone for 2/3 of the reception to take pictures and Aryn made sure they saved hor d'oeuvres for us. They were soooooooo good! The portions were amazing for both the hor d’oeuvres and dinner. Everything tasted amazing and not one person complained about their experience. I never have to worry about where to stay when I return to Cincy again. I highly recommend The Lytle Park Hotel to couples who want a beautiful wedding venue that will be the most accommodating and supportive. Also, wedding guests will not be disappointed when they stay and/or arrive. I am excited to have an anniversary party at The Lytle Park Hotel in the future :)

The Renaissance Hotel was beyond beautiful, the staff was amazing, and working with their wedding coordinator (Danielle) was excellent! 10/10 - Would 100% recommend you have your wedding here. The planning process was so easy with the Renaissance. They were there to answer questions every step of the way, and they were able to offer up suggestions to make our planning process even better. The food was absolutely delicious! We had tons of rave reviews from our guest on the portion sizes of the meals and the quality of food. When we went in for our tasting, we were blown away by the flavors. You can’t make a wrong choice with the food options they have! We even had a farewell brunch with family and out of town guests the next day, and it was just as delicious. To add to just how amazing the service is at the hotel, my 90 year old grandmother wanted a scoop of ice cream for dessert at the wedding and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast the next morning, and they did it without any hesitation or question. All around, the service at the Renaissance was above and beyond. We had a small snafu where I sent an item out for drycleaning Friday night that I needed the next morning, and apparently the local cleaner wouldn’t have it done until Monday. I still have no idea what happened, but the hotel got my item back from the dry cleaner while we were at the rehearsal dinner down the street. Crisis averted! I can’t rave enough about the experience with the Renaissance hotel. Between myself and my husband, our parents, and all of our guests, everyone was thrilled with the service and experience.

We hosted our wedding reception at the Hilton in the Continental Room. The food is fine dining- our guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres and dinner days later. The event space is elegant and incredibly detailed, amazing for photos and ambience. Elizabeth was our coordinator prior to and during the event. She is amazing!! She is responsive, creative, and detail oriented. I planned the wedding from out of town and she really went to great lengths to make the planning process easy on me- right down to FaceTime-ing me during important things like the food tasting so that I could fully take part. I highly recommend hosting your event here.

We knew we wanted a hotel for our reception, so our guests didn't have to drive after the reception. Brooke made the planning process so easy. The staff was amazing from the lady who checked us in down to the cook at breakfast the next morning. Our guests enjoyed the night!

My husband Benjamin and I absolutely loved our experience with the team at Champion Mill. From start to finish, everything was seamless. We worked with Marla, who was such a sweetheart—she genuinely took the time to listen to us and bring our vision to life. Setup and takedown were very flexible, which made things so much easier and we never felt rushed. We only toured this location because we already knew it was exactly what we wanted because it had everything in one place. We’d attended events here before, dined and drank at Hydraulic Bar and Municipal Brewery many of times. We were also members of The Nook Fitness Center before moving. Plus, having an on-site hotel made it perfect for our out-of-state guests. The food and beverage experience was fantastic—we had no complaints at all. I’ve already recommended Champion Mill to several couples, whether for their ceremony, reception, or both like we did. Our ceremony took place in Waterfront Hall, and our reception was held in the Butler Ballroom. The bridal suites were also wonderful; with a bridal party of twenty, the rooms got a little warm, but that was to be expected. We had guests arrive early and during the 30 min wait after the ceremony to the reception, a lot went to the Hydraulic Bar. When our reception ended, many of us continued the party at Hydraulic Bar as well! The lighting was perfect for photos and videos, especially along the water during golden hour, which was absolutely beautiful. I’ve attached plenty of pictures to show just how stunning it was. Carrie Lefker was wonderful to work with at Courtyard! We booked 55 rooms for out of town guests. Staff was accommodating and professional. Lobby was a great meeting place for family. The only negative aspect was the transportation company they work with - A Savannah Nite. A Savannah Nite was very unprofessional and sent me the bill that the hotel should have received. They kept changing our transportation last minute even though we booked 6 months in advance. I would highly recommend this hotel but utilize another transportation company.

We were so fortunate to have found the Hotel Celare for a block of rooms for guests and bride and groom. All of our guests raved about the rooms and the courtesy of ALL of the staff. Valet staff, catering, front desk, etc. all exemplary! Especially helpful, welcoming, and supportive is Kyla! She worked with us to make a last minute brunch for a crowd a dream come true!

I cannot thank the Marriott Cincinnati RiverCenter enough for how much they helped with wedding coordination and how beautiful their venue is! We got married in the gazebo in the middle of the hotel, and it was truly breathtaking. I could not have imagined a more beautiful ceremony space. Aryn, who helped coordinate the wedding at the RiverCenter, was extremely responsive and so accommodating. I recommend this venue to everyone! the skylights in the gazebo are just breathtaking! :)
