The best photographers EVER!!

Carolina Media Star just photographed my daughter's wedding and did a fabulous job. They are courteous, on time, and their photos are awesome! I highly recommend them!

Very professional! It’s just a few days post wedding so we’ve yet to see the completed finished products. However what we can speak to at the moment is the high level of professionalism and great attitude that this group was able to maintain in the face of a multitude of different obstacles the day of the wedding. Pricing was excellent! We look forward to adding pictures when they come back.

Carolina MediaStar was great from day 1 in planning for my daughter’s wedding. They are available for questions and respond quickly. They make it easy. My daughter enjoyed the bridal portrait photo shoot. Price is reasonable for the quality you get. Work is superb!!

Couldn’t be happier!

Our experience with Carolina MediaStar was phenomenal. We felt very comfortable reaching out, asking questions, and talking logistics from day one. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Carolina MediaStar did everything possible to make our photography experience stress free and easy. Their photography is beautiful and their personality made our wedding day even more fun. They had us cracking up and laughing throughout the day. Terri and Sarah were extremely accommodating and very responsive. When we returned from our honeymoon (only two weeks after of wedding) we received a sneak peek album with 105 photos! We were able to share this link with family and friends who raved about the photos! They captured everything. We have a variety of posed and candid shots we will cherish for a lifetime. We received the rest of our photos 2-3 weeks later. We couldn't believe how soon we received them as they were edited and all looked so good! We are also receiving a gorgeous wedding book that was included in our package. Sarah sent us a digital copy to make sure we loved it before it was sent to be printed. We were able to make to changes, but none were needed as Sarah did a fantastic job designing the pages. If you are looking for a stress free experience, amazing photos and to get the most for your money, look no further. We highly recommend Carolina MediaStar!

When my (now) husband and I started wedding planning in November 2016, we were WAY behind for our June 2017 wedding date! We booked our venue, and the owner/director told us that if we didn't have a photographer yet, we HAD to check out Carolina Mediastar! With one glance of their website, we immediately sealed the deal :) Terry shot our engagement pictures, and to say we had fun is a complete understatement!! We obviously were only supposed to have a set amount of time for our pictures, but he never once made us feel rushed or looked at his watch as if we were being a pain (even though I know we were!!), and he really helped us enjoy our shoot with his great personality! Sarah and Josh were the lucky ones to come shoot our big day, and I honestly cannot say enough about these two! Again, they brought out the absolute BEST in every image we received. They were fun and interactive with all of our guests, and they had our crazy sense of humor, which made them that much MORE enjoyable to work with!! Sarah is SUPER responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls, which made our process completely stress-free. And although it felt like forever to get our final pictures back, I can promise you it was worth the wait!! You can definitely see the love and effort they put into the editing process to make sure every picture looks like something from a magazine!! There is a reason these guys have the rating they have...I promise you will not be disappointed in this team! They are amazing!! :)

Carolina MediaStar is the the absolute best! They were seriously one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As I was researching photographers, I kept going back to them and comparing other companies to Carolina MediaStar. I just knew we had to go with them and am so glad we did. They are the best value and all of their pictures are stunning! From the very beginning, Sarah was super responsive, detailed, and addressed all of my questions. She is so friendly and accommodating, and I wish I had met her in person. Terry shot our engagement pictures and then Terry and James did our wedding. We took 1 hour from our wedding package for the engagement pictures but Terry literally spent 3 hours going to 6+ locations on UNC campus so that I could get the engagement pictures I envisioned. It was the first time we took professional pictures together, so we felt awkward at first, but Terry was so fun and relaxed that we really opened up and had a great time. Everything went by so quickly on our wedding day but Terry and James were always there to capture everything for us. Terry will literally get on the ground to make sure he gets that perfect shot, and James is so detail-oriented -- they just worked perfectly together. They are a family company and I'm sure any one of them will produce amazing work. They edit every single picture they give you, which is incredible. Whatever small picky things I asked for, they accommodated and were so easy to work with. Even when the sun was close to setting, Terry and James showed us pictures they had just taken on their cameras and we were always so amazed at how incredible the photos already looked. They are so talented, experienced, and will deliver the most beautiful, vibrant photos you could ever ask for. So many of our guests keep asking us who our photographers were because they were so amazing and fun! We received 65 teasers (way more than I expected) and I can't wait to see the full portfolio! They are truly phenomenal.

I don't have enough good things to say about Carolina MediaStar! Terry and Sarah were absolutely amazing! They were very professional and knowledgeable with great personalities! I have not gotten back all of my photos yet since my wedding was just on Saturday, but from what I have seen so far, their work is stunning! They know just how to capture the perfect photos.

If you want magazine quality photos, you definitely need these guys! Terry is hilarious, and his daughter Sarah and her husband are AMAZING photographers. I was quite surprised, no offense, that I didn't even notice them at my wedding. And until I got my portfolio, I didn't even see half of what they saw.. at my own wedding! Don't chose these guys if you're on a budget, but if you can splurge, it will be well worth your dollar. Every penny. I hope to never get married again, but when babies come, I'll be calling these guys back!

There was no pressure to book right away, they offered us options and they were easy to work with! On the day of our wedding, 12/10/16, they showed up on time, they were ready to work and made everyone in our Bridal party feel comfortable. Terry doesn't run out of energy! Terry is so nice, after our first meeting I felt so comfortable with him that there was no question we were going to have him do our photos for the wedding. Sarah saved the day with my dress she was there to help my confused bridesmaids bring the train up for the reception. We had hour between the ceremony and the reception, they did great with the time even with the little hiccups due to the location. We love our pictures and cant wait to get our wedding album.

Carolina MediaStar is one of the best in the business and there is no question as to why. I read many many reviews about various photographers as this was our vow renewal due to our very small military wedding four years prior. Terry and Sarah were incredibly flexible and personable with every detail of our event. Being based in the Fayetteville area and with personal military experience, they understood our preference of discretion and focus on certain timeframes in our event. I cannot praise this company any higher. They are exceptional and professional yet make sure that each interaction is personal and all about you and your event. Communication between us and Carolina MediaStar was of the utmost importance and it was reflected throughout our entire experience from the initial phone call through to our photo gallery being presented. Thank you so much for capturing such amazing moments for us.

Amazing! I loved working with Sarah and Terry! Terry is a perfectionist which made me know the pictures would turn out perfect! He is great with edited and making the photo pop! Def recommend them!

They were absolutely wonderful. Terry was humerous and entertaining while he photographed. Sarah was wonderful- always returning my emails and even doing a late night phone interview to accommodate my busy schedule. The photos were beautiful. I hope to work with them more in the future. We were so happy and fortunate that we found them. We had heard other couples issues with their photographers-we never worried about a thing.

We love our wedding album!! Thank you all for all your hard work. We will treasure it for years to come. It was like reliving the day again as we first looked through it. Thank you for the calendar as well! I can't wait until we move into our house at the end of this month to find the perfect place to hang it up and display it as it's too beautiful to just sit on a desk or counter somewhere. Thanks again for all your time and hard work to capture and preserve our special day! Now it is certainly one we can never forget.

The wonderful photographers at Carolina Media Star really made my wedding spectacular. They were so skilled and professional from the moment I called them on the phone and even now. I had my wedding 3 months ago and every time I look at the photos they took at the wedding, it brings back all of the memories. Several of my family and friends have made the photos Carolina Media Star took at my wedding as their profile pictures. I would hire them again in an instant! My whole bridal party LOVED interacting with the Sarah, Josh, and the crew! The pictures they took really captured the magic of my wedding!
