KDH Resort was amazing and very impressive, the home was perfect for what we wanted. We did not run into any issues. The wedding day was windy so we moved the wedding inside. The residing guests were super impressed with the home and were excited about booking future events. Our wedding day was on September 14, 2023. We will email in photos that the photographer Sony Pierre/VBS Media took." We will send you the photos once we receive them!

I had the pleasure to capture a wedding at The Palmer Inn Estate. Pam was incredibly nice and helpful! She made sure that every part of the property is ready for the wedding day. The guest house is a perfect space for bride to get ready away from the groom. The reception space was set in front of the main house between trees - it looked very elegant and charming! Lots of space for larger groups as well. It was such a fun wedding! I hope to be back there soon!

This venue could not have been more perfect for our wedding! The setting was PHENOMENAL! Laurie, Vicky, and Tim were a dream to work with for our guests and for set up info. Our photos with the property as the backdrop (by Jessie Walker) are just incredible and the setting on the grounds of this home could not have been more of a true dream. Highly recommend for a quaint wedding with a beautiful setting on the water

We found Grande Ritz Palm in June 2019 through some internet searches while researching event homes/venues for our May 2021 wedding. I quickly got connected with Stephanie Lane and she was an amazing resource for me. I toured the home in July 2019 and was sold! The all-inclusive pricing and the ability to have the ceremony and reception in one venue were huge for us. Stephanie and I remained in contact for the next two years, and she was always so helpful whenever I had questions along the way. Our week-long stay will be remembered by our friends and family for the rest of our lives. The house is truly spectacular and amazed everyone, including our wedding guests. We had some very minor hiccups during the stay- the pool heating wasn’t working, issues with the speakers/tech throughout the house and pool area, and minor décor flaws (old comforters and pillows come to mind). However, the house manager, Joseph, was extremely kind and responsive throughout our stay and was super helpful with these issues. Honestly, all the great things the house has to offer completely trumped the minor issues and we 100% would recommend the Grande Ritz Palm to everyone. The landscaping was truly impeccable and made our stay luxurious and made the wedding photos incredible! We are planning to return in the future! Thank you Lane family!

Black Stallion and the OBX Celebrations Team are the perfect combination. “We stayed at the Black Stallion for our Outer Banks wedding. The house is fabulous and very roomy for a wedding. Mom hired OBX Celebrations as our full event team — and these guys are a class act from start to finish. We booked one of their bundled packages, and it made the entire experience effortless. Our coordinator, Michael, was on point all day and kept everything stress‑free. Our photography team, Megan and Luke, worked together seamlessly and were incredibly creative. DJ Frank locked in the perfect vibe all night, and Chef Sam cooked on‑site — his food was honestly the best we’ve ever had. For our beach ceremony, Steve played keyboard and delivered Bob Marley tunes to perfection. The whole team worked together like a well‑oiled machine. If you’re getting married at the Black Stallion, OBX Celebrations is the team you want.
