We couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else. All of our guests at the house for the week and at the wedding were beyond amazed by the house. Stephanie’s attentiveness was more than I could have expected. She checked in daily and had everything attended to in a timely matter. We cannot say enough good things about the Grande Ritz Palm!

We fell in love with the Grande Ritz Palm several years before our wedding. I became obsessed with looking up Instagram pictures and videos of weddings there as we would plan our wedding over a three year engagement. We toured the place twice and were so appreciative of meeting Stephanie Lane! She was incredibly sweet and always willing to help with whatever questions we had! The house made for the absolute best wedding!! It was incredibly sweaty and hot the day of but it was everything we dreamed of. Our guests continually raved about how beautiful it was and that it was the best wedding they had been to! We ended the night jumping in the pool and some of our guests did prior to that. We are so incredibly happy we got to have the wedding of our dreams at the Grande Ritz!! Our family and friends did notice some odds and ends throughout the week that were a little aged or beat up but the actual wedding and amazing fun had outside at the pool every day and night totally outshined. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for our perfect wedding!!!

Grande Ritz Palm was like living a fairy tale. The grounds were inpectably kept. The house was ‘movie star status’ living. We were married on the beach however needed to move the reception inside due to rain. Everyone still had the best time. All of our guests raved over the littlest details. The fact we were able to keep the festivities going the rest of the week was the best! The time spent and memories made with our families and closest friends will last a lifetime. Not to mention, the Lane Family is the sweetest and so enjoyable to work with. They made sure everything was perfect at check-in and throughout the week. We can’t wait to go back for our 10 year anniversary!

this venue was like heaven. it totally made my romantic wedding a reality. the place is magnificent! it was great to be able to have everything here, the rehearsal dinner the wedding and reception and the day after brunch. not to mention we then were able to stay the week!! it was like winning the lottery! everything you could think of was there and the movie theater was awesome. just total luxury.

We got married here on 9/23/17 and are still on cloud nine. We decided 3 years ago after we got engaged that we wanted to get married at the Grande Ritz Palm, and i'm so glad that we decided to do it. It was by far the most beautiful venue with the most amazing sunset views. We are still getting so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how perfect it was to have the ceremony and reception all in the same place. So many people have told us that this was the most beautiful and awesome wedding they have been too. Stephanie has been so wonderful to work with and answers all questions happily and quickly! We felt like royalty staying there the rest of the week with our closest family and friends, it was a wedding that turned into a vacation that made memories we will never forget. We were so sad to leave, but plan on returning in the future! Thank you for opening up your wonderful house for our special day, we are so blessed.

My husband and I just got married here last week. It was perfect. Our guest kept telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been too. It was just so dreamy and perfect. It was also perfect that we could house all of our families and friends at the house for the whole week. Really made it special for us. Highly recommend it!

We chose this venue/house after finding it on wedding wire. We wanted a beautiful beach venue plus room to accommodate family and friends. This was absolutely the best choice!!! Our wedding turned out beautiful! The house was a big enough place to spread out, but still an intimate feel to a wedding. Not only was the wedding everything I dreamed, the stay at the house the week after was amazing too! The pool is awesome and the views are amazing. Everything in the home is beautiful! Stephanie and the lane family are so sweet and wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this home for your wedding and beach vacation. I hope to stay at the home again in the future!

Grande Ritz Palm is an AMAZING venue. I was married there 9/3/16 when Hurricane Hermine/Tropical Storm decided to show up. I was devistated! Stephanie Lane and my wedding planner (Emily Weddings) worked perfectly together and spent hours trying to decide how to make my wedding a completely indoor wedding. This had never been done before. It was so amazing.! The venue is absolutely beautiful so guests were so impressed by the beautiy of this house. There was suprisingly room for a wedding of 75 and reception of 75 inside the house. Luckily with the storm many of our guests didn't show so we ended up with 65. Even the ceilings are decorated so minimal decorations are needed to have a beautiful indoor wedding. We used every floor of the house for the wedding (photobooth on 1st floor, presentation showing in the movie theater, wedding in the foyer, dessert table and cake on 3rd floor with caatering, reception in the super large garage, etc.) and a month later I'm still getting compliments on my wedding and how beautiful and elegant it was inside the Grande Ritz Palm. No other beach house could have been as beautiful for an indoor wedding. Throughout the year planning process Stephanie was always super accommodating and answered my emails very quickly and her dad even gave us a private tour of the house so my mother could see it during her visit. Her parents are the coolest! They are so nice and down to earth. This house is the best deal you will find for your wedding!! We were able to use it for the rehearsal, wedding, house for the wedding party to stay and honeymoon house for my husband and I the week after the wedding. They also give you so many extras like tables, linens, set up team, break down team, uplighting, pots/pans, all of the plates and goblets for the wedding dinner, coffee pots, etc. AMAZING and absolutely beautiful venue. Well worth every penny! Thank you Stephanie and Mr. & Mrs. Lane for allowing us to use your home for our wedding!!

By far one of the best decisions we made! The Lane family is the sweetest! They were responsive to all of our needs and the home is gorgeous!! Best week of my life. Not only was it the perfect setting for a wedding but we got to spend the whole week there! The tables/chairs were all set up on our arrival and they had people come take them down on Monday! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this gorgeous home to anyone looking to get married in the OBX!

Once upon a time I was able to have my dream wedding on the Outer Banks of NC at a great house! That house was the Grande Ritz Palm! From the time we checked in, to our Saturday wedding, to the sad Friday that we had to leave we were in heaven. My immediate family and my husbands immediate family stayed in this house and it worked perfectly for us....even our grandparents were in awe! It had everything we needed and made our wedding day/wedding week one that we (and our guests) will NEVER forget! My favorite person to work with at the Grande Ritz was Stephanie! She answered EVERY questions, EVERY email happily and quickly!! She is such a kind soul and so fun!!! My favorite part of the entire week was watching everyone pull up to the house and wedding and watch their jaws drop!! I loved it, they loved it!! Soooo many people told me that our wedding was one of the best they had every been to....YES!!!!!!!! All my hard work paid off....now ot pay off the wedding lol!!!
