The Black Stallion offers over 20,000 square feet of living space, along with beautifully landscaped grounds, spacious decks, and spectacular pool facilities. There is no other home in the Outer Banks that matches The Black Stallion's combination of luxury, privacy, location, comfort and amenities. Even in the high season, The Black Stallion is a good value, with rates averaging less than $100 per guest per night (assuming double occupancy in each bedroom). We are currently accepting Reservations for all available weeks in 2019 and 2020.

Minimum 7-night rental periods (with Sunday check-in and check-out) for stays initiating in March, April, May, June, September, October, and November, Minimum 5-night rental periods (with any day check-in and check-out) for stays initiating in August, and Minimum 4-night rental periods (with any day check-in and check-out) for stays initiating in January, February, July, and December.

Capacity and Facilities
The Black Stallion can host up to 300 guests in its seven event spaces. The “Plan B” is a built-in event space, ideal for hosting indoor ceremonies and receptions. The venue also features covered and uncovered outdoor event spaces, and has two fully functional commercial kitchens. The Black Stallion features a grand bridal suite with a three-sided gas fireplace, a lavish master bedroom with a vintage claw foot slipper tub, a walk-in closet, a private water closet, a tiled shower with a glass enclosure, and a balcony overlooking the pool.
