Bostwick's Magnolia Manor is a historic waterfront Outer Banks wedding venue set on seven private acres overlooking the breathtaking Roanoke Island Sound. Built in 1936 and thoughtfully restored, the estate blends timeless Southern charm with carefully planned modern amenities while preserving the history and character that make Magnolia Manor so special.
Rather than simply adapting a vacation home for events, Magnolia Manor has been thoughtfully restored and intentionally equipped for weddings—creating a one-of-a-kind destination where family and friends can gather, celebrate, and stay together.
Exchange vows beneath the magnificent Southern Magnolia, planted by Laura Bostwick more than 50 years ago, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and unforgettable sunsets over the Roanoke Island Sound.
The beautifully restored Manor House is the heart of the estate, offering inviting gathering spaces and modern conveniences where loved ones reconnect and create lasting memories throughout your celebration. Wedding mornings begin in the Elderberry Studio, a professional salon-style bridal retreat featuring multiple styling stations, wall-to-wall mirrors, premium beauty lighting, and dedicated electrical circuits that allow multiple hairstylists and makeup artists to work simultaneously without overloaded breakers. The charming Jasmine Bunkhouse provides additional overnight accommodations, allowing up to 22 guests to stay together on the estate.
Celebrate all weekend with rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, cocktail hours, and family brunches in the private Cocktail Garden, while your vendors enjoy the convenience of our fully equipped Catering House with drive-in access, commercial refrigeration, prep space, restaurant sinks, dedicated bar space, and more.
Tables, chairs, linens, elegant event lighting, climate-controlled Luxury Garden Suites, spacious parking, and pet-friendly accommodations (pet fee applies) help make planning simple.

Welcome Party | Friday, January 15th at The Pavilion at Pirate’s Cove | 6-8p
Expo | Saturday, January 16th at 108 Budleigh, The Waterfront Trellis, and Roanoke Island Festival Park located in downtown Manteo | 10a-3p
Wedding Tour | Sunday, January 17th at various locations throughout the Outer Banks | 11a-3p
Friday's Winter Western Welcome Party is to welcome attendees to kick off the weekend of wedding planning! Enjoy a wide array of complimentary food and an open bar, live music and a DJ, and other interactive stations. This is a themed event, so wear your fringe, boots, flannel and elevated Western look!
Saturday's Expo showcases the very best that the Outer Banks has to offer. Couples can meet florists, planners, photographers, DJs, rental companies, and more. Taste samplings from caterers and bar services, take home other goodies from vendors, and take advantage of expo-only booking discounts!
Sunday's Wedding Tour is a self-guided venue tour with featuring venues, restaurants and showrooms. Some may have other vendors present.
