We had an amazing wedding at Aerial!
Our guests couldn't stop raving about our venue, it really set the tone for the theme we were going for. (Nashville/Modern)
I would highly suggested doing a sunset ceremony like we did. With it being a rooftop it gets warm up there and we had the most amazing sunset while we were saying our values. Breathtaking.
Poor Kasey had to deal with me for 2 years and she was always so quick to respond and deal with my many questions.
She set up all of our rentals, laid our floor plan, set up our catering, and even gave us great referrals.
They did change our caterer at last minute, from Merchants to Dream Events and Catering and everything was great!
No complaints.
Everything was comparable to what we had picked out through Merchants and some of it was even better in my opinion. I appreciate them knowing when to outsource when they are too busy at the restaurant.
I was a little nervous to find our Kasey was not there the night of my wedding, but Nicole who was there did an amazing job pulling everything together for us. I would of never known she wasn't with me throughout the whole planning process like Kasey was.
Aerial is a great deal for your money- yes there are other fees added on, but worth every penny.
The door guard was great in directing my guests to where they need to be.
One of my main worries with the location, was our guests knowing where to enter.
I had many of my guests say that he could tell who was lost and/or looking like they were attending a wedding and would reach out to them and direct them up. :-)
He also followed us down to Broadway after our ceremony while we took photos to help block out the crowd, which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, Aerial was amazing to work with and I couldn't be happier with our venue choice.

So far, things have been going great with Aerial. It was love at first sight once I saw the view of downtown Nashville. We truly feel like we are giving our guests a once in a lifetime experience with this rooftop venue. We can't wait to have our big day here! Kasey has been great at communication with us leading up to the event..We couldn't be happier!

Aerial is a beautiful venue and helped me and my husband achieve our Nadhville wedding dream. Being on the roof, you can hear the music below when outside and the view is stunning.

Totally awesome venue!!! Amazing place for my ceremony and reception! My guest had a blast and the staff was amazing!!! I've received more compliments about how "cool" my venue was!!!!! Beautiful view with an amazing layout and modern look!! I wouldn't have changed anything!!! I worked with Christina and she was spot on!!!!!

Our son's wedding was held at Aerial in July, 2013. He and his fiance chose Aerial because they wanted to be married in downtown Nashville. This is a such a neat spot for a small wedding. Christina was so helpful and readily available to answer all of our questions. The bartenders were quick and having both an inside and outside serving window is great. All of our wishes were handled and we were very pleased with the day.

I knew that I wanted a rooftop wedding somewhere looking over downtown. I visited a few places that fit the bill but Aerial took it hands down. Its in a prime location and is a pretty good size. We had 100 guests, and there was more than enough room. It has a patio overlooking Broadway that is HUGE and a very elegant inside. Working with the staff was easy and I didn't think the price was too bad for the location.

Very unique venue. It sits in the middle of downtown Nashville. At night, the city lights place a glow on this spot.

Aerial was the perfect place for our ceremony and reception. Centrally located with amazing views of downtown Nashville. It was also within walking distance to our hotel. Loved it!

When we got engaged last summer, I knew I wanted a fun, downtown venue to highlight Nashville for our guests, most of whom would be coming in from out of town.

We researched two venues downtown. One had a more expensive rental fee, but allowed you to bring in your own alcohol. Aerial’s rental fee is very low, but their in-house bar cost is extremely high.

I worked with Christina the entire time and I love her. She was quick to respond to emails, was wonderful about answering all of my questions and was enthusiastic about my wedding. You can’t really ask for more when it comes to a venue contact.

We had not seen Aerial in person before booking, but visited the venue twice after. Christina worked with us to open it up during the week so we and our parents could do a little tour. She also hosted a meeting there with all of my vendor contacts.

The only issue was the noise on the day of our wedding. We had planned for my now husband and our officiant to be wearing mics that would be connected to the band equipment. Unfortunately, that was somehow forgotten and none of our guests (even those in the front row) could hear our ceremony over the street noise. Obviously of no fault to Aerial, but definitely something to note and remember if you have your event there – don’t forget to use a mic!

In general, I am very happy we had our wedding at Aerial. The full-service bar, view overlooking downtown Nashville and ease of getting to the location was a huge hit with our out-of-town guests. I am super grateful to Christina and all the staff who made our day so memorable.

Aerial is a very unique place in the heart of Downtown Nashville. The coordinators will work with you no matter what your budget is. They are very honest and upfront about what you will be able to have for your money and stick to the budget. They made our reception very special and they were always there for me to help out.

The venue was absolutley perfect--it's very unique and our guests had a great time being able to see all of downtown Nashville while being outdoors. It was well worth any issues we had getting it all organized.

I had an interesting experience here. They definitely aren't ready for the larger parties over 100 people. They changed our chef without notifying us (until the day of when they gave all of our guests something completely different and lesser quality). Aerial ended up giving us a refund on the food from Merchant's. It was embarrassing for us. Good food was something that was important to us. Even though they were nice enough to refund us for lesser quality food, it still put a damper on our wedding day and an unwanted surprise. Money cannot change this. They also don't seem have any standard protocol for when fights break out and the coordinator became really angry with me (the bride) although I had nothing to do with the fight. She later apologized for blowing up at me, but again, it's something you can't take back even though I forgave her (and also felt bad for what had happened, but I think that we could have addressed it after the wedding). Also, you have to rent all of the tables, chairs, plates, silverware EVERYTHING even fire extinguishers for this venue. When you get the first Music City Tents and Events quote for this, just double it and that is what your bill will be for the final day. You will almost always have to have the tent, since Nashville weather is unpredictable and it rains at least once every day for a short period of time during April - June. Just plan on that ahead of time. It's $1,250 for the tent. Also the seating chart was not followed on the wedding day and my parents were put all the way in the back, away from our sweetheart table. It was just a little odd. I understand that the seating chart had to be changed, but it would have been nice if she consulted one of our contacts on "everyone but the bride/groom" list to make sure that everything was set out correctly. This was the last of my worries and not a big deal but just for any future brides who are using this venue, just make sure you have a floor plan for rain and shine.
