Facilities and Capacity: The venue is 10,000 square feet, rich with personality that pours throughout the three-story interior and outside pavilion. Whether you are hosting a big bash or a more intimate affair, we have a charming space that will make your wedding or event the most memorable it can be. Whether you choose our:

• Pavilion (outdoors/covered, capacity 250-400) with its charming twinkling lights
• Arches (indoors, capacity 100-120) with brick pillars and beautiful chandeliers
• Juliet Balcony (indoors, capacity 20-160), a lovely second-floor mezzanine with brick arches, iron fencing, and unique lighting
• Garden Arbor (outdoors, capacity 10-70), an idyllic space for a quieter moment
• Party Room (indoors, capacity 200), our largest indoor space reminiscent of a more “traditional” wedding ceremony or large event (also perfect for dancing during the reception!)

Have a long guest list? We can accommodate up to 400 people indoors plus 200 more with our outdoor private pavilion and ample free parking spaces. In addition, you will find a bridal suite, a groom’s quarter, and a separate area for band members. Head over to the Juliet Balcony as the perfect space for main events or a dinner spot for you and your partner while your guests dance the night away on the large dance floor and stage area on the mezzanine level--the possibilities are limited only by your guest list and imagination!

Services Offered: The Bedford allows approved outside vendors, caterers, and alcohol and can also supply a preferred vendor list. Items such as decor, drapery, lighting, and furniture are supplied with event booking, and a variety of seating styles are possible. For the duration of the event, an outside loading dock is available to bring in larger items and free up parking space for guests.
