Country Club Wedding Venues in Nashville

My wedding was on August 31, and from the day my husband and I booked our wedding with Hermitage Golf Course, we had the most exceptional experience! One thing that was so helpful throughout the planning process, was the ability to have as many planning meetings as I needed with the coordination team! They always answered all of my questions promptly and were so helpful. As far as the big day goes, Mindy, the event coordinator, and Carson, the day-of coordinator, were simply the best! They checked on my husband and I and our bridal party multiple times throughout the day while getting ready and throughout the wedding night to see if we needed anything, and this was so helpful. Their communication with us and with one another made the day flow so smoothly and eliminated my stress knowing we were in good hands. They are both so personable, professional, and easy to get along with-- all of these qualities made them feel like friends to us, not just our wedding coordinators. I would recommend this venue simply to get to work with them, they were truly a pleasure to work with! As far as the venue itself goes, the ceremony garden, cocktail hour area, and reception site were so beautiful and the HGC team did an AMAZING job at making sure everything was set up how we wanted it. If you're looking for a venue with vast natural beauty, look no further! I could go on and on about how beautiful everything was, and the grounds and buildings here are so well maintained. We received so many compliments on the venue itself from our guests. Onto the food-- the food at our wedding was SO delicious, and many of our guests said that it was the best meal they had ever eaten at a wedding. HGC had so many different options to choose from for cocktail hour and dinner, and the selections we had were cooked perfectly! They even made a vegetarian plate for my maid of honor, and ensured my husband, who has a gluten allergy, had special gluten-free options. This meant so much to us and showed just how dedicated the HGC team is to making your big day special. Overall, my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience on our wedding day. The team at HGC took great care of us and truly made our day amazing. I will recommend this venue to all my family and friends, as they deserve all the praise!

This venue is absolutely STUNNING. Incredible value, and the venue managers are the sweetest couple and really care. It has a huge bridal suite, nice grooms suite with tv, the chapel has original gorgeous pews, floors, and perfect acoustics. Even the outside area is so beautiful and there is a creek. 11/10 recommend!!! They are also SO helpful with the preferred vendor recommendations, but don’t force you to use their preferred vendors. If you’re on a budget and looking for a great place to get married, book the little brick chapel!!

The Pavilion at Vanderbilt Legends Club was the PERFECT venue for our rehearsal dinner! The food was delicious, and the space was perfect for our large group. Logan and her team made sure that every detail was taken care of so that we could enjoy our evening! And the beautiful sunset over the green gave us a spectacular backdrop for photos!

Debbie was fantastic! We had a small vow renewal only about 25/30 people, and she was willing to work with us for minimal cost on food. She allowed us to get our decor to her the week before, and she and her team set everything up for us. All we had to do day of, was show up!! The food was fantastic!! The pasta bar was a huge hit!! She took care of everything and make sure everything was put together beautifully!!!

Bluegrass Country Club exceeded every expectation I had for a wedding venue. Our original venue closed down 8 months before our wedding and I was in a panic trying to lock in another one that would be available on our wedding date. This ended up being the biggest blessing in disguise, it led us to Bluegrass. Bluegrass provided us with a full service experience - food in house with amazing chefs, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, & help with setup and breakdown... etc the list goes on. There is a beautiful bridal suite and area for the groom and groomsmen to get ready as well. I can't say enough about how seamless this experience was!!! Huge shout out to Taylor B and Meghan!!! Leave the way overpriced Nashville venues behind and come to Hendersonville for your wedding day! You won't regret it!

From my first visit to the Lighthouse I knew this was where we would say “I do”. Danielle was amazing and helped me coordinate all the details from NY, while mom was in Arkansas and all the vendors were in Nashville. Not an easy task for anyone. But she made it painless and easy. From the food, to the service, to the ambiance of it all, I could not have dreamt up a more perfect day. It even started raining just moments before and Danielle has everything rearranged without a problem in minutes. Just spectacular. Thank you!!!

My husband and I held our brunch reception at the Woman's Club in August 2015. From the first time we visited the space, we knew that it would be perfect for us. Judi was a delight to work with, she was responsive, encouraging and flexible. She listened to our requests and tried to accommodate them in whatever ways she could. We felt that Judi and the entire Woman's Club community deeply cared about us and our event, rather than viewing us a simply another event to come through their doors. We loved that the house had multiple spaces: living rooms for cocktails/appetizers, large space for the tables and chairs, as well as a private room upstairs for the wedding party. The house is well cared for and made for a charming, intimate reception. It felt as if we had been welcomed into someone's home.

We got married in October at Stones river and it was absolutely beautiful! Hannah was so helpful and very flexible. She made everything feel so easy. and organized. The scenery made for absolutely beautiful pictures. I cannot say enough good things about Stones river and Hannah and her team!

The manager is wonderful, very understanding and pays attention to detail. They catered our wedding as well and the food was so delicious. Such a beautiful venue.

We love Temple Hills! Thanks to Sid Thomas for recommending it! He should get a free membership ;) The fact that our guests could hang out with live music on the outside patio then head into the bar area to grab a drink then to the beautifully decorated dining room was such a luxury!!! We appreciate y'all so much! Gorgeous venue!
