Old Natchez Country Club is a private golf and country club located in Franklin, Tennessee. They've been in business for over 100 years and know how to create an event that will exceed your expectations. Couples will enjoy a gorgeous banquet facility and large veranda that overlooks their golf course. Old Natchez Country Club provides rolling hills and beautiful sunset views of Middle Tennessee.

Facilities and Capacity

Couples can accommodate up to 400 guests at this rustic venue. You can exchange your vows outdoors with the amazing views of Williamson County behind you. Then, for your reception, you can dance the night away in their elegant banquet hall, inside their 30,000-square-foot Clubhouse.

Easy and beautiful

Debbie was fantastic! We had a small vow renewal only about 25/30 people, and she was willing to work with us for minimal cost on food. She allowed us to get our decor to her the week before, and she and her team set everything up for us. All we had to do day of, was show up!! The food was fantastic!! The pasta bar was a huge hit!! She took care of everything and make sure everything was put together beautifully!!!

Old Natchez was the best wedding decision we made!

Everything at Old Natchez was amazing. We knew we were in good hands during the planning process and on the wedding day. Matt and the entire staff is incredible. He answered all of our questions and worked with us when it torrentially down-poured on our wedding day when the ceremony was supposed to be outside. Also, the food was phenomenal, which is always an important touch!

5 stars on everything because they were AMAZING! Matt was so great to work with and very responsive. They just renovated and it looks gorgeous on the inside. We had our ceremony overlooking the golf course and our pictures turned out great. I highly recommend having your wedding at Old Natchez! Not to mention the food was delicious :)

Our daughter had her wedding reception at Old Natchez on October 21, 2017. From our first meeting with Matt in December until the end of reception, Matt, and all of the the staff at Old Natchez, were professional, helpful and very easy to work with. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food and, the space easily accomodated the 240 guests. The outdoor area with a fireplace was a great gathering area as well. We looked at several wedding reception venues throughout the planning process and for everything that we were looking for, Old Natchez met all of our needs. We would highly recommend Old Natchez, Matt and his staff.

I cannot say enough great things about Old Natchez and Matt Kirkham. Matt made our daughter's wedding reception as stress-free as a wedding reception can possibly be. From the first time we met him to the final clean-up of the club after the reception Matt met our every need. The bride knew from the first visit to the club that it was the place for her reception. The "openness" of the space was exactly what she wanted. Matt did a great job making the bride and groom both know that "their night" was very important to him and he showed that from the first visit they made to the club, to the tasting presentation, and his quick responses to every email we sent his way as decisions were being made and questions were being asked. Matt was very helpful with suggestions and even helped solve a linens "oops" by me 4 days before our event! The club looked beautiful the night of the reception. The food presentation was elegant! The appetizer table was especially beautiful and overflowing with fruit and cheeses. The food at all the main stations was delicious. Matt promised that we would not run out of food and we didn't. Our daughter had her "dream reception" thanks to Matt and Old Natchez! (And God!) I, the mother of the bride, had a fabulous time at my daughter's reception too thanks to Matt. I celebrated with my daughter, son-in-law, family and friends and never worried about any details that night!
Last of all let me say that after shopping all over Nashville not only was Old Natchez the look that the bride was looking for but it was also the best financial deal in town as far as venues go! Once we choose our menu and alcohol Matt was able to give us a very close estimate of what our final cost would be. Actually we came in a little under his estimate which was awesome! Thank you Matt and Old Natchez for making it possible for our daughter and now son-in-law to have their dream reception. Our family was very blessed in so many ways on November 22nd!

Matt and everyone involved were incredible. They were always available and ready to help with any changes or plans. The layout was perfect and exactly what we imagined it would be! I would suggest this to anyone in the Nashville area!

The Old Natchez Country Club is a wonderful venue for a Wedding. We had only 65 people but the club can accommodate larger weddings. Jennifer and her staff were exceptional. My guests were all impressed with their professionalism and attention to details. The food was great and the view of the grounds from the windows added to the beauty of the room. I can't thank them enough!

Jennifer Rader at Old Natchez Country Club was a delight to work with and made sure our reception ran smoothly. I did not have a wedding planner and was told that meant I would not be able to enjoy my wedding as I would be answering questions all day. That was absolutely not true thanks to Jennifer. We worked closely together before the wedding but this was mostly over email, which was great for this busy bride. She kept track of all the decisions we had made and even contacted all of my reception vendors days before the wedding to ensure everyone was on the same page. The best part was that I never answered a single question throughout my reception except when she came to ask me if I would like a refill on my wine. The food was delicious and a great value. The reception by far required the most involvement to plan but Jennifer made this much easier. I should also say it was a beautiful site and allowed for some beautiful outdoor pictures- the perfect place for a Saturday afternoon wedding. If I had it to do all over again I would not change a thing about my reception.

The event planner Debbie was absolutely awesome. She did a fabulous job with staying within my budget and being on top of everything. I could not have been any happier than I was with the quality of service that I was provided. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this venue and especially the event planner Debbie Valentine, she was very acommodating in every way possible. We could not have found a better place to have my daughters wedding.
