The Cordelle is located in Downtown Nashville, less than one mile from Broadway and Music City Center. This award-winning venue is one of the last remaining Victorian homes in the area preserving the city’s historic charm. The space is known for its' expansive private garden, impeccable service and dramatic vaulted ceilings.

The Cordelle has several indoor and outdoor event spaces that provide a beautiful backdrop for an unforgettable wedding. The Garden is a 5,000-square-foot outdoor space featuring neatly manicured greenery. Ideal for a romantic ceremony or al fresco dining, the lawn is encircled by a century-old hackberry tree, crape myrtles, and arborvitaes. This event space can accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated reception. The Victorian covered porch bridges the interior and exterior event spaces. Inside, the Great Hall is a spacious banquet hall with an open floor plan that can accommodate many different layouts. Its bright interior and dark hardwood floors can suit a wide array of decor. Alternately, the Victorian function room is an original feature of the historic venue. Exposed brick and large windows add an element of charm to the room. Above, the Loft serves as a private dressing suite for the wedding party. A lounge, dining space, bar, and bathroom ensure a comfortable, luxurious experience for getting ready.

Couples who book their wedding at The Cordelle will have exclusive access to each of the venue’s event spaces for their special day. They have a one-event-per-day policy, ensuring the happy couple and their guests have ample time and space for celebrating. The staff here believes that each couple should have full creative control of their wedding, so they welcome outside vendors and caterers. The on-site kitchen is available for caterers to use to prep dishes before serving. A venue manager will be present throughout the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
