Wedding details
Tim and I first met at Tomfooleries in Kansas City, MO. Tim had just moved to Kansas City from Fort Worth, TX.He started talking about why he moved to Kansas City and how I used to live in Texas. After our 10 minute converation, I went back to my friend Cornelia. When her and I were about to leave, Tim came up to me and we talked a little more. He asked me if I would like to go on the most romatic Valentine's date ever and I told him yes. Our first date was not on Valentine's day but the week before. He picked me up at my sister's apartment and took me downtown to Gorden Biersch. It was the best first date, I had ever been on. He was a gentleman and opened every door for me, even the car door. Since that date, I have been head over heels for him. We have been dating a little over a year now, and he recently just proposed to me. He asked me if I would want to go on a walk with Harley (our dog) and I agreed. I thought nothing of it since we have been on walks before. We decided to go down by the Missouri River since we've never walked that trail before. It was beautiful out and I was enjoying watching Harley meet new dogs along the way. When we got close to the river he stopped and told me he loved me, he got down on one knee and asked me if I would marry him and pulled out the most beautiful ring ever. I was confused at first about what was going on since I had no clue that he was going to ask me. I was fully surprised! I said "Yes...Yes...Yes!!" I am looking forward to spending the rest of my life with the love of my life. I can't wait to walk down the aisle and see him waiting for me. It will be the greatest day of my life.

Did you have a DOC? Was it worth the money? How much was it? My mom is doing most of the planning but I don't want her (or me) to have any stress on the day of the wedding but I'm concerned that a DOC...
So we looked at the centerpieces and my flowers that his grandmother made; and I just want to cry in a way. I'm thankful that she is working on, but they are not my taste. The centerpieces are those...

2751 days agoI've attached a picture of my dress. I'm having a hard time trying to decide what to do for a necklace. I wasn't sure if I should do one or not at all. What's everyone else doing?
