Jessica

 Richard and Jessica met while training at the Pohakuloa Training Area while stationed in Hawai'i. Jessica was providing medical coverage to the convoy training that Richard's platoon was engaged in. After multiple convoys and many medical training scenarios, Richard asked Jessica to have dinner with him when they returned to Oahu. On May 26, 2011 they had their first date. It didn't take long for the two to become an inseparable pair. Eight happy months passed when Richard made a dicision that would change both of their lives forever. Richard invited three of Jessica's closest friends and her mom (via speaker phone) to witness as he proposed to Jessica. She said yes!
