Frank and I have known each other for close to 10 years. We’ve been friends for half the time and began dating in October 2004. I knew of him in high school but both of us dated other people. I went off to college as well as he did. We have the same friends as friends and we decided to take a camping trip 4 years ago. We’ve always flirted with each other but there weren’t any sparks between us until that trip. While sitting by the camp fire one evening we both looked at each other and there it was, sparks were going off and at that moment I knew he was the one for me. It’s really that simple. It truly was love at first sight, just how it goes in the movies. Frank proposed to me back in August 2007 while we were visiting my family in Maryland. We currently live together with our dog Peanut and are planning a November 08 wedding. Frank continues to support my photography business (www.photographybyava.com) while he is pursuing a career in law enforcement.
