Wedding details
Here's our love story.... The Beginning.... In April 2002, we met in Cheyenne, WY through a mutual friend. After months of talking to each other we became good friends. In the spring of 2004, we decided to take it a step further and start a relationship. Well that lasted on and off until about 2008. We went our separate ways and being in two different locations, we learned the true definition of the saying "out of sight, out of mind". The Present...... Ashley says: Moving forward...in October 2010, Randall took a very BOLD step and contacted me. I wasn't very receptive to him calling me and starting over was the furthest thought from my mind (who does that?). Thinking that he was the same ol' person from the past, I expected him to give up and move on and let me do the same. Sometimes I think he was at that point but didn't, but to my surprise he didn't. After eight long months of him being persistent and patient, all while trying to prove himself; I finally let my guard down and decided to give it another chance in June of 2011. Randall says: The Beginning… We met for the very first time in Cheyenne WY at FE Burn’em AFB in Building 224 room 102 (Keisha Room). During that day we began talking and I started putting in a little work but I didn’t know girls from Mississippi have a strange way of telling a person they are feeling them. So then she decided that she was going to hit me with a book to let me know. That kind of threw me off a little. As time went on we became GOOD friends. In 2004 we decided to make it official but we decided to let it go sometime in 2008. The Present… I contacted her in 2010 just to speak to see how things were going. When we started talking I realize that I still had feelings for her. When we started talking it was like we never stopped speaking to each other in those 2 years. She gave me a hard time but I could not lose her this time, so I did what I had to do to make her let her guard down. It was not easy let me tell you. Over the past 10 years, we have become the best of friends, partners and lovers. We talk, laugh, cry, and pray together. God had truly outdone himself by blessing us on this journey with one another for we have learned to love, be patient, and trust. For that we are very grateful of Him. As with any love story....there is no end....just a Happily Ever After! Proverbs 3:5-6 2 Chronicles 26:5
