Amy

Ben and Amy were brought together by nothing short of fate! Amy is originally from Chelmsford, Massachusetts, but was made for the south. She attended college in Laurinburg, NC and knew that she was going to move to NC permanently. After graduating, and spending a couple of years back in MA with her family, she packed up her life and moved to Raleigh, NC for good in November of 2011. Ben grew up in the mountains of North Carolina, in a little town called, Lenoir. He traveled the world with his parents while growing up, attended college at UNC Wilmington, and eventually moved up to the Raleigh area. The week after her move, Amy began working in Lafayette Village at a restaurant called The Village Grill. She flew through her training, and quickly began working full-time. Her first weekend on her own, her attention was grabbed by a good looking bartender, who was full of personality. Next thing Ben and Amy new, they were working together six days a week. They became best friends, and helped each other through the ups and downs of life. In August of 2013, Ben and Amy officially started dating. They have been crazy about each other ever since. They now share a home in Youngsville, NC with Bens six year old daughter, Riley, and their rescue dog, Lucky. And on March 10, 2016, during a trip to Topsail Beach, Ben finally popped the question! It's time to celebrate!
