Ainsworth House and Gardens is an absolutely idyllic venue. Stunning 2 acres of gardens, looked after by an on site groundskeeper. Christie and John were great hosts too, who were enjoying our happiness every time we saw them. Jordyn, the wedding coordinator with Ainsworth, is amazing! She kept us on schedule during all of the planning, giving much needed advice and guidance. And during The Wedding Day, she kept the day flowing without us ever feeling pushed or rushed. Honestly, the whole experience with Ainsworth could not have been better. Thank you all for giving my family a wedding that exceeded all of our expectations. So much fun!

We got married on October 24th at the Troutdale House and it was such an amazing experience! I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my husband and I. It fit our vibe so well and our guests absolutely loved it! The process was very straightforward and they provide so much amazing information when it comes to planning your perfect day. The coordinators are all super friendly and helpful. I had a great time planning with them and they were very accommodating to our needs. I had such a great time at this venue and it truly felt like a fairy tale wedding. We had our ceremony in the Wisteria Courtyard and WOW was it amazing. It created the most unique ceremony with so many fun elements. If you are looking for an absolutely gorgeous venue with lots of ways to have fun and enjoy your night, I would say the Troutdale House is the perfect pick for you!

We got married here September 8, 2018, and I am so glad that we chose this venue. Originally, I had my eye on a few other venues that were more expensive and didn't have any amenities included. We chose this venue due to the beautiful backyard, indoor option for food prep, bathrooms, and a rain plan B, and the included perks (DIY flexibility, tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, AND they wash the dishes for you after the event!) I wanted a low-stress, low-cost, beautiful and intimate wedding, and we had that. Our wedding had 60 people, and we held the ceremony and reception in the backyard. I rented chairs and a pallet bar because they chairs that they have, while free, look a bit like cafeteria chairs. The chair rental was my one splurge. The venue needed minimal decorations to make the space beautiful- the landscaping and arbor make for a beautiful backdrop. We used vendors/friends with businesses for: flowers, video, photo, chairs, ceremony musicians, and sound equipment. We went the DIY route for decorations, food (a friend coordinated cheese/meat trays), drinks (had a friend who has an OLCC license), and everything else. The couple who manage the venue are kind, quick to respond, and volunteers, so not available at all times of the day, like at other venues. That wasn't a problem for us. We emailed when we had questions, drove by when we needed a refresher, and visited during open house hours on Thursday evenings when we needed to visualize things. The venue rental is for 6 hours, with a fee for each additional hour, but that is my only complaint. I think if it's booked for the day, it would be nice to not have to worry about timing as much. A 7-8 hour rental feels reasonable to me. We were able to have a beautiful wedding that we could afford. I think their materials and website could be updated to reflect how great of a venue it is, but then it would probably get more competitive, and I was grateful to not have to worry about that. :)

McLean House and Park is an amazing locations, perfect for smaller, intimate weddings and get togethers. So gorgeous and the staff are amazing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Very beautiful garden! It is dog friendly as well (dog as ring bearer)! Absolutely love it!

So many good things to say about this venue I don’t know where to start! Terri is fantastic, and the staff is professional. The ability to use decorations, the fact that they take care of set up and tear down, and that they are so kind is one of the reasons we chose Weddings on the Hill. When Covid changed our plans, they were quick to help us reschedule with NO hassle! The venue is absolutely stunning! We felt comfortable, and everything was absolutely perfect! The coordination of the day flowed perfectly and there was never a moment that felt rushed or chaotic. I would 1000% go back in time and do it again!

Our experience with the Black Pearl on the Columbia was fabulous. We loved the venue and the staff is excellent. We highly recommend this venue for a superb wedding! We used both floors (ceremony downstairs and reception upstairs) which was so convenient to have everyone in one place and not to have to flip the room. The views of course are superb!

It was a Beautiful Venue , completely different than anything else we have ever been to !! Super Easy to set up and not much decor needed because the venue is stunning 😍 Definitely a must to create memories.
