So many good things to say about this venue I don’t know where to start! Terri is fantastic, and the staff is professional. The ability to use decorations, the fact that they take care of set up and tear down, and that they are so kind is one of the reasons we chose Weddings on the Hill. When Covid changed our plans, they were quick to help us reschedule with NO hassle! The venue is absolutely stunning! We felt comfortable, and everything was absolutely perfect! The coordination of the day flowed perfectly and there was never a moment that felt rushed or chaotic. I would 1000% go back in time and do it again!

I couldn’t recommend Weddings on the hill enough! The staff was incredible and exceeded all expectations- from the beginning they were friendly, responsive, and created a personalized ceremony for us with ease. I never felt stressed with them me and my entire wedding party and family felt taken care of. Truly the calm guiding light for our day of!

Terri and Cindy are the most kindest, amazing people. They went above and beyond. We were so lucky to have them host our wedding at their venue. They made sure everything ran smoothly. They set up the wedding decor, helped with the food and beverages, helped our guests, and even cleaned after the wedding. The garden was a beautiful backdrop for our pictures. As well, they made sure to follow covid guidelines and our wedding felt very safe. We feel so lucky to have chosen Weddings on the Hill and wish to use their venue for future events.

Terri was a complete doll! I had no clue where to begin, what to get, how to do this, and she helped me each step of the way, never even hesitating. She understood we had a budget (as we are a young couple) she respected it and helped me stick to it! I would not have had the wedding of my dreams with out her and her team.
Even with a global pandemic, and constant adjustments due to regulations, I never worried cause Terri was five steps ahead and had all different options set in motion no matter the circumstances. We had to downsize from the 100 to 25 at the very last month, but because of their amazing team it was a breeze and it made me feel so comfortable and relaxed about the decisions that I had made. Fast responses and truly caring that we had the wedding we dreamed of, she worked her butt off to make sure I had a relaxed and fun day. Nothing (and I really mean nothing) went wrong at all. I wouldn't have changed anything.
If you want someone caring, sweet, understanding, patient, flexible and responsive then I would highly recommend Wedding on the Hill Team.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Weddings on the Hill and about Terri who coordinates it -- this was hands down the best decision for our wedding that we could have made! Everything was so restful and peaceful because Terri is a wonderworker -- quite literally a Wedding Fairy Godmother. Our original wedding plan of 125 was taken down to 25 because of Covid, but we decided to go ahead with our plan at WOH, and it was an absolute dream. It was so intimate and peaceful. By the time our wedding rolled around we felt like Terri and her husband Brian were family, and we had the most magical day we could have imagined. Even when our flowers fell through at the 9th hour, Terri stepped in and did amazing floral displays for us. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how peaceful and special it felt. We are so glad we did our wedding reception here, and we are looking to return for my in-law's 50th anniversary party!

5 star rating is not enough for these modern fairy godmothers. My courthouse wedding got canceled. My reception venue went ghost. It was a very stressful moment. Then, I was browsing and found out about Weddings on the Hill. From that day on, they turn my wedding around in such a short notice of time. Like, wedding planning in a month. Terri was so helpful and patient dealing with my stress. She was so quick to answer my text. She is very resilient with any last minute changes.
The day of the wedding, everything was beautiful. She made all our bouquets and florals. She definitely went extra. From every corner of the venue, it was perfect. The staff Cindy, Terri, Brian and Chris ran the wedding. Terri made sure the timeline was followed and on time. Queing whose in charge. She brought dinner to our table. Chris, the best bartender. And they even hopped on the dancefloor with us 😭. I love this place so much and the people. I will be forever thankful for them. Im honestly sad the wedding is done. I would 100% recommend Weddings on the Hill.

Can I just say this place is a dream for any wedding. The surrounding decorates itself so there’s minimal effort needed. Terri is a gem to work with and made me feel at ease from the first day I toured. I was immediately sold based on all the features you get with their packages and the beautiful garden mansion venue. Our wedding day went so smooth thanks to Terri and I could not have been more pleased. I’m even more amazed by how she helped me with my garlands, they were beautiful! I would recommend this venue over and over to any couple who’s looking for a beautiful garden theme wedding that allows everyone to mingle closely at an affordable cost. I already have three family members interested in Wedding’s on the Hill after attending our wedding due to the simple yet elegant beauty of it.

Terri gave us a tour of the property and I wanted to yes on the spot just because how comfortable and accommodating she was. Our guest lies three which is why we can’t do it here but if you have 125 or less you should definitely see this venue!! I felt at home!

The site coordinator, Terri, was excellent at communication with us before the wedding and provided helpful advice and recommendations that made the wedding day much easier. She was extremely positive and friendly and did a lot to help make the wedding go smoothly. The rest of the staff was equally as friendly and helpful. The venue itself was beautiful and well set up.

My wedding day was magical and it’s all thanks to Terri and the entire weddings on the Hill staff. All I have to say is that this venue is beautiful. The garden is the perfect place to have a small intimate wedding with the people you love the most. Terri was amazing from the very start. She made everything so easy and wonderful. She answered all of our questions and was there whenever we needed her. My husband and his groomsman loved the man cave and had an amazing time getting ready for our special day. My bridesmaids loved the make-up room and couldn’t get over the lighting and the view of the garden while we were getting ready. This venue is by far the best venue in Portland because Terri is a wonderful, and magical women who made everything seem like a fairy tale.
