So, funny story. I was engaged and planning a wedding in 2018/2019 and hired Brogan for our Portland-local wedding. We did two engagement photoshoots with her and then... broke up at the beginning of 2019. Brogan was more than gracious through the entire thing when I was a literal fiery train-wreck, and her and I stayed in touch and became more or less friends over the years. When I became engaged again in 2021 I didn't hesitate to book her basically immediately. We planned a destination wedding in Cancun and she concurrently started working with the travel agent we were using, so not only was she there for us photography-planning-wise, but also for basically the entire travel planning process. Brogan's photography and editing style is initially what drew me to her, but over the years it's clear that she truly loves what she does, is so dang good at it, is so friendly and professional and fun, and I truly have loved and enjoyed every moment I've spent with her. She is there when you need her and doesn't miss a shot while simultaneously feeling invisible, standing back when she sees fit. We did our engagement shoot in January along with my husband's two kids, which obviously turned out incredible all on its own. Then we flew her to Mexico for our destination wedding in June and she helped us come up with a custom package to accommodate all the events we had planned there, plus our courthouse ceremony after we returned home. She is a literal photography master and is just an overall wonderful ally to have as a vendor on your wedding day. She doesn't just snap photos and call it done - she is there every step of the way before, during, and after. She scouted out many spots at the resort for our various pictures and made recommendations based on her photography "eye." It was dripping hot in Mexico so she kept a "sweat towel" on her for my husband during our pictures, she jumped in the pool during our ceremony (which I obviously didn't know until after) just to get the perfect shot, she's there to fix your hair and guide you through stances and provide her professional and experienced opinion. Never once does it feel awkward posing for so many hours because she makes it fun and easy and effortless. I clearly have picked Brogan multiple times, and I would continue to pick her 100x over. Don't think, don't keep looking, just book Brogan.

I cannot rave enough about how amazing Brogan is! She is a kind, generous, and all around wonderful person. Her photography is TO DIE FOR. I don’t think there’s a single photo she took that I’m not in love with. When we booked her for our wedding, she offered us a complimentary engagement session in Oregon and it was just amazing. Then throughout coordinating with her for the wedding, she was super quick to respond and more than happy to help us with other wedding details and things we were clueless about.

For the big day, she actually offered to meet with us the day before to scout some spots for our first look and bridal portraits. She found the perfect spot and the photos prove it.

The wedding was amazing. She was so attentive and invisible at the same time! She was always there when we wanted to grab a quick photos but also smoothly blending in so we didn’t feel like posing all the time for the “perfect” shot. She caught so many genuine moments of us, our friends and our families. I can’t put all of her photos in my Google review but I’ll put my favorites s from both sessions with her.

We intend to book further non-wedding sessions with her if she’ll have us! Thank you Brogan for capturing our wedding day and making sure it was extra special for us.

Wow, Brogan was simply AMAZING! From the beginning, she showed us so much excitement, kindness, support, and advice! Her personality is one of kind - so much graciousness, selflessness, and pure heart. By the wedding day, it felt as if we were having a close friend take our pictures. But she definitely was so much more than just an incredible photographer. She gave her time in many phone calls and emails figuring out what was the best wedding day schedule and how to handle certain details - I felt like I had no idea what I was doing at times and she made me feel so relaxed with her constant check-ins and advice. She was extremely responsive to any emails or calls throughout the entire process - whether it was 11pm or 5am or even if she was headed to a blazer game, she responded. It truly makes a bride feel at ease when you know you can count on someone like that. Additionally, she was extremely sick the week and day of our wedding, but she did not let that hinder her at all. I felt so bad for her, she could barely talk! She was such a trooper though and made everything so easy throughout the day. I did not know what to expect for a wedding photographer, but Brogan was definitely so much than anything I could have expected. She not only is there to take your pictures and make you feel beautiful, but she TRULY cares about you and in making your day special for YOU. Anddddd I just finished going through the photo album process with her and I am SO excited to get my album!!! She put together such a beautiful album. So thankful for all of her time and work.

Simply put, Brogan was amazing! She was welcoming and easy to work with from the moment we met her. It felt so natural to take pictures with her, she worked with every ebb and flow of our actual wedding day. She was patient, kind, and always had the perfect suggestion for more than just pictures. The pictures were incredible, the wedding was 4 months ago and I still look at the pictures she took everyday. We loved working with her and would not have changed a single thing!

Brogan was the absolute best I could have asked for. Her prices were super reasonable for what she offered, and the addition of an engagement shoot was what sealed the deal for me. And by the end of it, she honestly felt like part of the family. When my husband and I first started looking for a photographer he wanted us to hire someone from the university in our town, but I made it clear that I wanted to find someone that I trusted with capturing our big day. As soon as I started looking through her website and at her Instagram I knew we had to have her. Anyway, there's so many amazing and great things to say about Brogan that I wouldn't be able to fit all in one review. If she's available for your date, you better book her, because you will seriously be missing out.

Just got married yesterday and all I can say is Brogan is simply the best. She is so efficient at what she does and at the same time is so calm and relaxed, which is exactly what you need during your wedding day! We blazed through our family portraits so quickly (yet it never felt rushed) which gave us more time to spend with our guests. She also had such a great eye for our couple portraits! I've only seen one and it turned out so beautifully; I know the rest are going to be fantastic!

I booked Brogan Marie for my wedding after seeing photos from a friends wedding and she didn't let me down! Our photos were amazing, and she was very accommodating and was so very patient with our rowdy bunch of groomsmen :) I'm pretty sure she spent HOURS just editing out the SOLO cups that kept making their way into our photos.
