The property is limited to 18 overnight guests and a maximum of 10 vehicles, as stipulated in our special use permit. This unique 72-acre property features mesmerizing ocean vistas and a private coastline reaching a mile in length. Guests will enjoy a magical experience on a cliff overlooking the majestic Pacific. In the event of adverse weather, guests will still have astonishing views of the coastal landscape through floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room of the Estate. The Estate features 6 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and 2 Twin beds with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a sleeping loft. All bedrooms have direct ocean views and ensuite baths, and all have access to the oceanfront wrap around balcony.
