Chris not only made my cake but she made 150 cupcakes and packaged up a cake for my 1 year anniversary. My wedding was outdoors so she did everything in her power to make sure that my cake would not melt. Including delivering the cake herself (which we did not originally agree to because my ceremony was well over an hour away) , to waiting later in the day to set up so that it was not in the sun long. She went way well above and beyond what any traditional 'cakemaker' would have done. She made me feel important and made me feel like I was part of her family. She is highly recommended by me.

I worked with Diane to create my single-tier wedding cake for myself and my husband. We discussed my vision, I sent her a few photos, and she created exactly what we were looking for! More importantly, though, the cake was to die for...it was so delicious I can't wait for our one year anniversary so we can have more! While their design scope is not extreme, I highly recommend Caramici's for simple, elegant, and delicious desserts of all kinds!!

Kate was awesome. She did a big Buffalo cutout cookie order on short notice, they were delicious and cheap! Quick to respond to email and phone call. Would definitely recommend.

Marisa was incredible to work with! She took note of all our preferences and incorporated them so beautifully into the final dessert table. The desserts were a huge hit and our guests gave us so many compliments. We didn’t even get to try any, but luckily Marisa saved a box for us for later! Her thoughtful and artistic touches really elevated our wedding. Marisa also worked so well with our venue and wedding coordinator. She did the setup and teardown on the same day and took care of all the logistics. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, and her service included rental of all the serving platters, utensils, and decoration. It was so easy!

Wedding planning is stressful; working with Amy is NOT! Amy is so sweet (like her desserts) and easy to work with. Whatever your dessert desires are, Amy will say "YES" and the results will look & taste amazing. Our wedding cake desires were pretty off-beat as you can tell from the photos; Amy didn't bat an eye. She incorporated flour from my husband's grain farm into the cake, which was very important to us. She also made a smaller gluten and dairy-free cake to accommodate our family members with allergies. Amy does it all - she is the rock star of bakers. Look no further than Darling Cake!!!

We decided on cupcakes rather then a whole cake. They were very accommodating to our wants. Not only were they delicious but beautiful as well.

We ordered our wedding cake from DiCamillo's just two weeks before the wedding. They were extremely accommodating of my husband, who took care of the entire process in one afternoon. We had a smallish two-tiered cake plus two sheet cakes, which let us offer two types of cake (white and chocolate with different fillings, all iced with buttercream). Most importantly - the cake was delicious! My family's favorite was the white cake with strawberry filling. The tiered cake was beautifully decorated exactly as I wanted, all I had to do was show a few photos of decoration I liked. Very pleased with the cake and service from DiCamillo's.

Shetice at Cake Crazy Bakery is the best! I am going to be 100% honest here... I don't live in Buffalo and didn't have time to go up for a cake tasting so I based everything on Yelp reviews. Shetice had 5 stars on Yelp for the quality of her cake, frosting, and design and it is well deserved! I sent her a picture of the cake that I had in mind and when I showed up at the reception, the cake from the picture was sitting on the cake table. She didn't take her own creative liberties with it or decide on something else without my input, which I've seen done in the past. When my husband and I cut into the cake and tasted it, I knew then why she had 5 stars. The cake and frosting were DELICIOUS! I have been to so many weddings where the cake is beautiful but is dry and covered in ganache or frosting that tastes like plastic. Shetice's frosting is the real deal and my cake was clearly not made a week in advance. Her price was also extremely reasonable. Please consider this small business for your special day - I promise, you won't be disappointed!
