Do not hesitate to call Dan for all your dessert needs! We had a dessert bar at my daughter’s bridal shower and we couldn’t be happier!! Dan was amazing to work with and the variety and display was incredible. Most importantly EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!! We’ve had so many people ask us where the desserts came from because they were just that good. I highly recommend them!!

My husband and I have NOTHING but GOOD THINGS to say about Say Cheesecake! Picking out our wedding cake was one of the funnest parts of our wedding preparation (well, at least Bill’s favorite part!)  We met Dan at the Buffalo Bridal show and their cakes were BY FAR the best tasting out of all the different cakes we tried that day. They brought us in for a formal cake tasting and allowed us to try all different cake flavors and fillings. We brought in a picture of a cake we loved and they did a fabulous job of recreating it! Thank you for helping to make our wedding day so memorable!

delicious, beautiful. wasn't exactly the quality of decorations i was expecting, but it was still beautiful so no complaints from me. They even added an extra tier to my cake! I was heartbroken when we couldn't afford all five tiers for my wedding cake, and i guess they saw that. so when i walked into my reception, all 5 tiers were there. :)
