Do not hesitate to call Dan for all your dessert needs! We had a dessert bar at my daughter’s bridal shower and we couldn’t be happier!! Dan was amazing to work with and the variety and display was incredible. Most importantly EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!! We’ve had so many people ask us where the desserts came from because they were just that good. I highly recommend them!!

Dan created a 3 tier cheesecake with 3 different flavors. We also had a small regular cake. All were delicious. He incorporated our colors and theme to create a beautiful cake.

This business is still going strong after 30 years. Dan designed our wedding cake back then and just did my daughter’s wedding cake. The cake was gorgeous, moist and delicious. 5 stacked layers with fall flowers in between each level. Amazing

AMAZING! Our cake was three different kinds of cheesecake and every kind was fantastic. Our guests raved over it and many wanted seconds. We were able to do a 4-tier cake with a sheet cake to be served to help cut the costs. Dan was easy to work with and very personable. We were given samples of many of the kinds of cheesecake to try, it truly made it harder to decide, but it was a good thing because they were all so yummy! We plan on returning, especially for our anniversaries!

Exceptional- quality, appearance and taste! Dan is amazing to work with! He is personable and attentive! He considers your desires and personalized each work to your desired look and taste! The end result was spectacular! It was executed beautifully and it tasted amazing! I will continue to use Dan and his company for all cakes....they haven't let me down yet!

Wedding cake was delicious!!! One of the most moist cakes I have ever had. We did a white almond cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. Everyone was raving about the cake!!

Say cheesecake was to dieeeee for!!!!!! So freaking delicious I and just stunning!!!!!! So reasonable too u like a lot of places just for regular cake! We went with cheesecake and it was a fair price and he did all these decorations and didn't charge us extra!!! Just perfection.

My husband and I have NOTHING but GOOD THINGS to say about Say Cheesecake! Picking out our wedding cake was one of the funnest parts of our wedding preparation (well, at least Bill’s favorite part!)  We met Dan at the Buffalo Bridal show and their cakes were BY FAR the best tasting out of all the different cakes we tried that day. They brought us in for a formal cake tasting and allowed us to try all different cake flavors and fillings. We brought in a picture of a cake we loved and they did a fabulous job of recreating it! Thank you for helping to make our wedding day so memorable!
