  Bridal shower dessert bar

  Do not hesitate to call Dan for all your dessert needs! We had a dessert bar at my daughter’s bridal shower and we couldn’t be happier!! Dan was amazing to work with and the variety and display was incredible. Most importantly EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!! We’ve had so many people ask us where the desserts came from because they were just that good. I highly recommend them!!

  Delicious and beautiful

  Dan created a 3 tier cheesecake with 3 different flavors. We also had a small regular cake. All were delicious. He incorporated our colors and theme to create a beautiful cake.

  Best cake ever!

  This business is still going strong after 30 years. Dan designed our wedding cake back then and just did my daughter’s wedding cake. The cake was gorgeous, moist and delicious. 5 stacked layers with fall flowers in between each level. Amazing

  AMAZING! Our cake was three different kinds of cheesecake and every kind was fantastic. Our guests raved over it and many wanted seconds. We were able to do a 4-tier cake with a sheet cake to be served to help cut the costs. Dan was easy to work with and very personable. We were given samples of many of the kinds of cheesecake to try, it truly made it harder to decide, but it was a good thing because they were all so yummy! We plan on returning, especially for our anniversaries!

  Exceptional- quality, appearance and taste! Dan is amazing to work with! He is personable and attentive! He considers your desires and personalized each work to your desired look and taste! The end result was spectacular! It was executed beautifully and it tasted amazing! I will continue to use Dan and his company for all cakes....they haven't let me down yet!

  Wedding cake was delicious!!! One of the most moist cakes I have ever had. We did a white almond cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. Everyone was raving about the cake!!

  Say cheesecake was to dieeeee for!!!!!! So freaking delicious I and just stunning!!!!!! So reasonable too u like a lot of places just for regular cake! We went with cheesecake and it was a fair price and he did all these decorations and didn't charge us extra!!! Just perfection.

  My husband and I have NOTHING but GOOD THINGS to say about Say Cheesecake! Picking out our wedding cake was one of the funnest parts of our wedding preparation (well, at least Bill’s favorite part!)  We met Dan at the Buffalo Bridal show and their cakes were BY FAR the best tasting out of all the different cakes we tried that day. They brought us in for a formal cake tasting and allowed us to try all different cake flavors and fillings. We brought in a picture of a cake we loved and they did a fabulous job of recreating it! Thank you for helping to make our wedding day so memorable!

  I had my wedding cake from Say Cheesecake in Amherst. I found them based on a suggestion from a co-worker who had noticed the wedding cake display in the store. I knew I was going to get my cake from Say Cheesecake shortly after the initial meeting started. We were able to see example designs and were send home with a cake to taste (more than just a small slice!). I appreciated being able to taste the cake in private as opposed to a vendor staring you in the face. The cake was amazing and I take my dessert very serious! Dan was extremely friendly and super easy to work with. He was the same way at our finalization appointment. With everything going on in the few weeks before the wedding it was a relief to work with a vendor who we could both laugh and be productive with. The final product turned out exactly as I had hoped and as I was promised. It looked beautiful and more importantly it tasted amazing and FRESH! It tasted as though it was baked that AM. I opted for the chocolate cake with raspberry mouse filling... it was amazing.
  
  Overall the cake was amazing, the service was spot on and the price was extremely reasonable. I would strongly recommend Say Cheesecake for a wedding cake!!! I plan to use them in the future whenever a cake is needed!

  Dan is amazing to work with! We had a fun planning appointment, his prices were very competitive and the guests LOVED the cake. It was delicious. People had seconds and that NEVER happens with wedding cake! We even caught one person licking her plate!

  delicious, beautiful. wasn't exactly the quality of decorations i was expecting, but it was still beautiful so no complaints from me. They even added an extra tier to my cake! I was heartbroken when we couldn't afford all five tiers for my wedding cake, and i guess they saw that. so when i walked into my reception, all 5 tiers were there. :)

  I could not be happier with their services. They made 2 cakes for us, and both were beautiful. They were willing to work with individual or unique custom designs. They were open to ideas and polite and kind about hearing them. The cake is great, we had chocolate, vanilla, red velvet and carrot.
  
  The value for the price is above and beyond everyone else's. It was so refreshing to work with kind people who listened and did a great job. We loved our cake!

  Our wedding cake from Say Cheesecake was absolutely perfect! Jamie Meyer worked with us to come up with the perfect design and helped us decide what flavors we wanted. We love the cheesecake so we went with an entirely cheesecake cake, which our guests raved about!! Say Cheesecake was especially accommodating for us because I had a special cake topper and ribbon that I wanted on the cake, as well as flowers. They took what we provided and then worked directly with our florist on the flowers. The end result was absolutely stunning - and delicious!! I would highly recommend Say Cheesecake for your wedding cake!

  Say Cheesecake is now known as The Cheesecake Place. Their cake is so amazing, words cannot describe it! When you go for your tasting, they will give you a whole small 6" cake to take home with you to share! I highly recommnend them.

  I think everyone looks forward to picking their cake out! Tastings are important because a cake can be exquisitely beautiful but taste like cardboard! We used Say Cheesecake previously for various celebrations and I was excited to sit down with Dan to design my cake. I came with a few pictures of what I liked and Dan was able to sketch out our cake perfectly by combining different elements from each picture! I knew I didn't want fondant as I heard it often tastes funny and Dan assured me how he could mirror what I liked in buttercream. We were able to sample the vanilla and chocolate cakes there but the best part was Dan allowed us to choose different combos from their huge flavor list! We settled on a cake though would be like neopolitan icecream...each slice had half vanilla/half chocolate cake with strawberry mousse filling. Our cake was BEAUTIFUL and I ATE THE WHOLE SLICE!!! We saved our top tier for our One Year Anniversary and it tasted as if we just picked it up from the shop! I STRONGLY recommend Say Cheesecake...for regular or their famous cheesecake (which is delish we had that for my shower!)!!!
