Mariel and her team did an incredible job on our wedding day! My hair and makeup were an absolute dream, and turned out exactly like my vision that I described to Mariel. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Foil and Pin studio! From the first inquiry to the wedding day, everything was seamless and professional. The team made me feel so comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and somehow made me look even better than I had ever imagined. My hair and makeup lasted all day and night — even through tears, dancing, and tons of hugs! Every one of my bridesmaids looked stunning too, and they’re still raving about how much they loved their looks. Salon Caru is based in Hoboken NJ and it's where I go to get my hair done regularly. They offer bridal hair and make-up services as well, and will do off-site work. I had struggled to find (even just via the internet) a reputable business to do hair and make up for me and my bridesmaids for our out-of-town wedding (Bear Mountain Inn, NY). Seeing as how this is a very important part of the big day, I wanted to use people I already knew did great work! The salon provided 3 girls to do hair and make up for me, my 5 bridesmaids, and two mothers. The girls did AMAZING work on everyone! My hair and make up came out exactly as I envisioned (better actually) and lasted the entire day (we had pictures done before the ceremony). The girls were on time, and rotated appropriately to fit everyone in and there was no rushing whatsoever. It was relaxing and fun. Have to knock off a star for responsiveness. I had a bit of trouble getting some final details from the coordinator during the last two weeks before the wedding date which was frustrating (have to include the good and the bad). At one point she said she would try to get back to me soon but had other weddings to work on (however mine was just a week and a half away...). Eventually she got me what I requested, but when your wedding is two weeks away time is of the essence! Overall the Salon is great and they did a spectacular job on my bridal party! They even helped with things they didn't need to like getting my wedding dress out of the bag, etc. I would highly recommend them!

Booked Juliette and her team for my wedding on Jan 7,2022 and I was WOWed!!! The team was already set up and waiting for me and my girls on site at the venue the moment we arrived. The team was quick , efficient and tailored the makeup and hair to bring out each bridesmaid’s best features, we all looked AMAZING. As a bride, Juliette put all of my wedding jitters at ease. She is funny, professional, and truly an amazing artist. I looked and felt my absolute best , just how I always envisioned myself. Do yourself a favor and hire AMA for your wedding day. Xoxo

Nelly and the Studio 12 Team did the hair and makeup for my wedding, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Nelly is the best!! They created a welcoming and relaxed environment for my entire bridal party, and it was a wonderful way to start my wedding day. Everyone loved their hair – and Nelly created different styles for everyone – from the mother of the bride down to a 5 year old flower girl. The makeup was great as well. I opted for airbrush and it definitely lasted all day and night – and even survived the hot summer sun. We all were complimented all night on our hair and makeup and all the women in my bridal party couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had at Studio 12, and how beautiful they felt for the wedding. It was the perfect start to a perfect day!

Danielle was super easy to get in contact with and she was very easy to talk to. She took what I wanted into account and made sure I was comfortable for the makeup she did on me. I would highly recommend her to other women.
