Rich and Lauren were absolutely amazing to work with, the property is stunning and all our guests were commenting on how much they liked the location. The rustic and yet refined vibe was perfect for our wedding. They were easy to coordinate with and were very responsive. I would highly recommend using their venue! 10 out of 10!

Our wedding day was truly flawless, and it all began with this incredible venue. From the moment we toured, we knew it was the perfect place to say "I do." The staff paid such careful attention to every detail, ensuring that the day ran smoothly from start to finish. Their thoughtful coordination and the little touches we hadn’t even considered made all the difference and showed how much they genuinely care about creating a beautiful experience for every couple. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The views are unmatched—whether you’re saying your vows with the picturesque hills in the background or celebrating under a starlit sky, every moment felt like a dream. The blend of natural beauty and the team’s expert care made our day unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a more stunning location or more attentive service. If you want a venue that goes above and beyond, this is it. We highly recommend it—10/10!

My husband and I were married at this BEAUTIFUL location, and we couldn't have had a better experience. The venue was so well located, close enough to Bigfork for guests to stay overnight at. It also had a gorgeous waterfall that we had our ceremony in front of. As for the reception, there was enough space for over 200 guests to fit comfortably, and the FOOD was absolutely delicious. We received MANY compliments for our reception meal, and we couldn't get enough of it. Bobbi, the event planner for us, was extremely easy to communicate with, and she worked tirelessly to make sure our day was perfect. Any concerns we had, she answered them right away as we prepared our wedding away from Bigfork. The owners are some of the most gracious people we have ever had the opportunity of knowing, and we truly believe you wouldn't be happier with any other place but here. It's true Montana beauty and charm, but also classy and elegant. We will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone!

The Union Pacific Dining Lodge was the perfect venue for our dream wedding. The Groom is from Montana and my family is mostly from the East Coast - so it was really amazing to be close to the entrance to Yellowstone. The venue itself is huge, definitely can fit a wedding of over 400 but our wedding was 150ish and we felt cozy but not swimming in the venue. In the larger room there is a huge fireplace that you can have going. Additionally, there is a smaller room (the Firehole) that we used for cocktails and has a bar area and another fireplace. Additional items to note: cute little bridal suite, huge kitchen with everything your caterer needs, almost every type of glasses for the bar (we brought mason jars for beers). Also, all the tables and chairs are provided, including cocktail tables. Rentals are where they get you! So this was perfect for our budget. The pricing includes 48 hours of use, so we used the venue for the rehearsal dinner too. The staff are easy to work with and will make sure you have everything you need! The only con is that the venue is not insulated. It's an old building and has a few heaters but we also brought our own electric heaters. We had our wedding on Sept 28 and it snowed and was 30 degrees most of the weekend. But surprisingly we were not cold at all :)

Our daughter was married at the lodge in March 2023, and Monica went above and beyond to make it a special weekend. She was very accommodating before the event so we could check out the cabins and lodge and plan for the big day. While we were in the midst of the craziness of decoration and preparing, she was available and very helpful. Sugarloaf Lodge and Cabins has a beautiful location, no matter what season! Staying at the location the night before and after the event was also very fun for the wedding party and immediate family. The skiing across the street was wonderful. We didn't feel any pressure to finish cleaning up at night when we were exhausted. We had plenty of time and could be present through the entire reception. Highly recommend Sugarloaf Lodge as a perfect spot for a beautiful off the grid wedding!

I got married here in July of 2019, and this venue is as good as it gets! The staff are simply wonderful, down-to-earth, and make you feel valued. The guests loved the scenery, Cindy is absolutely incredible from start to finish, and GRH made our day special. I could not have asked for better service, especially considering reviews I read for other venues. My eight bridesmaids and I also stayed in the treehouses on site, which were fabulous. Clean, comfy, spacious, and wonderful for the day-of or other out-of-town visitors. A++++++++++ times a million. If you're considering Gallatin River Hideaway, just commit and book it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Big Red Barn. It was absolutely the perfect place for our wedding, and looking back, I am so grateful we chose it. From the moment we first saw the venue, it had the exact feeling we were hoping for: beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm. It has character in a way that feels genuine, not forced. There is a subtle sense of history to the building that adds something special without making the space feel old-fashioned or difficult to work with. It feels like a place that has held many meaningful moments, and we are so glad our wedding is now one of them. One of the things that surprised us most was the location. The Big Red Barn is conveniently located near the highway, which made it easy for guests to find and get to, but once you are actually on the property, it feels completely tucked away. You do not feel like you are right next to the road. There was no distracting traffic noise, no busy feeling, and no sense of being exposed. Instead, it felt private, peaceful, and beautiful. It gave us the best of both worlds: convenience for our guests and a quiet, romantic setting for our wedding day. The property itself is stunning. There are views of the mountains, trees, flowers, and so many beautiful places for wedding photos. Everywhere we turned, there was another spot that would make a perfect backdrop. Whether we were taking formal pictures, family photos, bridal party shots, or little candid moments, the venue gave us so many options. It is one of those places where you do not have to fight to make the photos look beautiful. The natural setting already does so much of the work for you. The barn, the surrounding greenery, the flowers, and the mountain views all came together to create such a perfect atmosphere. We were also genuinely thrilled with the price. Weddings are expensive, and it can feel like every single choice adds another huge cost. The Big Red Barn was such an incredible value, especially considering how much was included. It is rare to find a venue that is beautiful, functional, charming, and affordable without feeling like you are sacrificing something important. We never felt like we were settling. If anything, we felt like we had found a hidden gem. One of the biggest blessings was how much was already available and taken care of for us. They had tables and tablecloths, which immediately took several things off our planning list. Even more than that, they decorated almost the entire venue for us. As a bride, that meant everything. There are so many details to worry about on a wedding day, and I had virtually nothing to worry about when it came to the venue. I did not spend my wedding morning running around trying to fix decorations, answer a million setup questions, or make sure everything looked the way it was supposed to. Scott and Rita had handled so much of it, and because of that, I was able to actually enjoy my day. That is something I cannot emphasize enough: they made it possible for me to be present. On your wedding day, you want to remember the people, the emotions, the laughter, the little moments, and the fact that you are getting married. You do not want to spend the whole day stressed about logistics. Because of how much Scott and Rita did, I was able to breathe. I was able to get ready, take in the day, spend time with people I love, and trust that the venue was taken care of. That is priceless. Scott and Rita were amazing to work with from start to finish. They were kind, helpful, easy to communicate with, and incredibly straightforward. Paying them was simple and easy, which may sound like a small detail, but during wedding planning, anything that is simple and stress-free matters. There was no unnecessary confusion, no complicated process, and no feeling like we were being nickel-and-dimed. They were organized and helpful, and it was clear that they cared about making the day beautiful for us. The bridal suite was another huge highlight. It was absolutely fabulous and exactly what we needed. There were lots of mirrors, plenty of seating, a small kitchenette area, great counter space, and enough room for everyone to get ready comfortably. That made such a difference on the morning of the wedding. Getting ready can easily become chaotic, especially with dresses, makeup, hair, bags, snacks, and people moving around everywhere. The bridal suite gave us space to spread out and enjoy the morning instead of feeling cramped or overwhelmed. It was practical, comfortable, and beautiful all at the same time. The whole venue felt thoughtfully set up for a wedding. There was space to get ready, space to gather, space for photos, and space for guests to enjoy themselves. It had that perfect balance of rustic charm and real functionality. It looked beautiful, but it also worked well, which is just as important. Sometimes a venue can be pretty but stressful to actually use. The Big Red Barn was both beautiful and easy, which made such a difference. Our guests had so many wonderful things to say. People commented on how beautiful the venue was, how peaceful it felt, and how lovely everything looked. Getting married at WMR was the best decision we could have made. It was intimidating planning a destination wedding, but WMR and Ann Marie made the entire process seamless. Ann Marie was incredible! We had several planning meetings with her and went through our décor plan and timeline multiple times, which helped make the day flow perfectly. Now for the wedding day…oh my goodness. Getting married on top of the mountain with those gorgeous views was a surreal experience. Our guests loved taking the ski lift or gondola up to the top of the mountain, and the alpine slide was also a huge hit. Guests raved about being served hors d’oeuvres and drinks as soon as they got off the slide and headed into cocktail hour. The elk burgers were such a hit! When we went inside for dinner, we were blown away by how beautifully the team had set up the dining room. They took my vision and exceeded my expectations. The dinner was phenomenal, and the service was absolutely spectacular. We spent the rest of the night on the dance floor having the time of our lives. It was also so convenient for our guests to have the bar right next to the dance floor. We cannot thank WMR enough for all of their help and amazing service. It truly was the best day ever!!

We absolutely loved our experience with 320. The team was truly incredible, the venue was perfect, and our guests had a wonderful time. Brittany was so responsive and helpful and everyone during our wedding weekend went above and beyond to make it amazing. If you're thinking about getting married at 320, don't wait - DO IT!
