Sage is in a category of its own. It is a truly unique resort with high end service, phenomenal food, and unmatched Montana experiences. We visited and loved it so much we hosted our wedding there. The staff were absolutely incredible - the most thoughtful, accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with group we encountered. Highly highly recommend a vacation for a weekend, a week, or throwing your big event with them. I’d think to think I’m not high maintenance but I probably very much was as a bride and they impressed me every step of the way. Thank you Sage, you were spectacular.

We travelled from OK to MT to have a small intimate ceremony in the mountains and Sage Lodge helped us to do just that! Sara and Nina kept great communication with us throughout the process of booking and planning an out of state ceremony. We moved the ceremony inside the morning of because of rain and Nina and the staff were so attentive and helpful to all the details from the ceremony to the dinner. It was everything we wanted and more. Thank you Sage Lodge and staff for making our wedding day so special. Also- if you have a chance to stay please consider it! The food is amazing.

Sage Lodge really strives for a one-of-a-kind experience for all of its guests. Our wedding was exceptionally executed by Sage Lodge and the staff made us feel so special on our big day. They are very compassionate and make you feel like you are on top of the world!

We were searching for a wedding venue to elope during the pandemic and saw one picture of the stunning Sage Lodge and field and we enquired! Booking our wedding at Sage Lodge was the best decision we could have made for our special day and to start our marriage. They really thought of every detail and enabled us to relax completely and be present in our big moment. I was given a room to get my bridal make up dinner and get dressed with my mother and mother in law and we were all driven out to the wedding field. The night after our wedding we have amazing memories of walking out by the lake at 10pm being shown the constellations at the Star Gazing they had on. Then we sat by the fire pit with the champagne we had been gifted. It was the perfect day! The food at the Fireside Restaurant was of such high quality too. We were able to enjoy the incredible spa on site the next day and we were so sad when we had to leave because we didn't get to do horse-riding or fly-fishing. We're coming back for our one-year anniversary and we are counting down the days!

If you are looking for a simple, getaway wedding, Sage lodge is it! I am from Montana and my husband and I met there while at Montana State. We always knew we wanted to get married there but wanted a small intimate wedding that wouldn't take years of planning. Kelly I. and the Sage Lodge team made all of this happen with their wedding package. It was simple, elegant, and wonderful! In true Montana fashion, the weather did not cooperate and while it had been in the 70s all week, it was in the 40s on our wedding day. The team moved everything inside and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Kelly was so wonderful to work with and when the wedding was over I missed our calls and check-ins! I am still in awe of how simple everything was and look forward to going back!

The wedding planner at Sage Lodge was absolutely wonderful to work with. She answered every question timely, was flexible, is very involved in setting up if requested, was friendly, and overall great to work with. The venue is gorgeous both inside and out, drinks were delicious and with what initially seems limited drink, everyone was very content with our options s (2 signature drinks, red and white wine, and a few beer options). The three course meal was delicious and served at good intervals, the cake turned out beautiful and delicious. I'd highly recommend.

Sage Lodge was the perfect venue for our wedding. Besides the obvious stunning location, the venue provided everything to make our wedding weekend perfect. Using the on site restaurants for our Rehearsal Dinner and Reception, as well as their beautiful ceremony and reception space made our wedding truly special. ALL of the staff at Sage, from the event coordinator to the hotel staff were a dream to work with. They were responsive, accommodating, and best of all always so kind and happy to help.

My husband and I got married in 2020, so like most couples in our situation, our wedding plans had to change pretty significantly. Two months prior to our big day, it became clear that having both of our families travel to us in Oregon would not be the best, nor the safest option and we scrambled to move our wedding closer to home in Montana. We found Sage Lodge through the recommendation of several friends in the Bozeman area and we could not be happier! On a short timeline, all the plans were executed perfectly. We feel so lucky that somehow our plan B ended up better than our plan A! Sage Lodge is gorgeous and our families had the most incredible time! We rented two ranch houses, one for the bridesmaids to get ready in and one for the groomsmen. They are gorgeous! The ceremony site is absolutely stunning and the Yellowstone room is gorgeous as well! We booked this venue site-unseen and let me just say- the beautiful photographs do not even do this place justice! And the food....SOOO good! Sage Loge will always be a special place to us! We cannot wait to go back!

Sage Lodge was the perfect location for a July wedding in Paradise Valley, MT. We had guests travel to Montana from all over the country and Sage was the ideal place to host everyone and celebrate our marriage. The wedding lawn is right out of a post card, and the Yellowstone room and lawn is the most beautiful place for cocktail hour and a reception overlooking the Yellowstone River!

We wanted our entire group to be able to stay in one place and between the lodge rooms and ranch houses on site, they were able to accommodate our entire party. The grounds are beautiful and there are a number of activities for guests to take part in right from the lodge (biking, hiking, fishing, hot tobs, full service spa, etc.).

The lodge wasn't officially open when we started our planning so communication was not great at the beginning but they have hired new event staff who are working hard to make the planning experience easier. During the wedding weekend all the Sage staff was very accommodating and helpful. If I could do it all over again, we would definitely choose Sage Lodge for our wedding celebration!

Logistics were handled seamlessly, from parking arrangements to guest transportation. The venue's facilities were well-maintained and provided all the amenities we needed. It was evident that the staff took pride in keeping the venue in top condition.

What truly made our wedding venue special was the atmosphere it created. It had an undeniable charm and a sense of tranquility that put everyone at ease. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the choice of venue, and many said it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever attended.
